***UPDATE*** 09/19/2024After completing all the work, with no help from Cozy Earth, I received the package. The items are not what I expected, and that is okay, but not everything is perfect when ordering online. However, the kicker... $11.99 "processing fee" to get a refund for towels. This is not a television in a big box that has to be sold for a discount, or other large items, towels! There are too many issues with this company and its policies. You are nickel and dimed at every possible turn. Sure, "free shipping" sounds great, until something isn't right and you do all of the work, pay extra for shipping insurance (which is provided to Cozy Earth free of charge from USPS), and then you need to return the items and another $12 down the drain. There are too many wrong things with the company and how it conducts business in 2024 compared to other businesses with comparable products. Be very wary of dealing with this company. First, they add some "buyer protection" for shipping insurance at checkout. If dealing with a reputable company, this is not usually an extra charge as it is included in shipping. Second, if your package is not delivered, it is up to the customer to perform all of the work, like filing a claim with USPS, contacting USPS, waiting for USPS, etc. Cozy Earth's customer service is via email or chat, no phone. I have now spent over an hour dealing with USPS because Cozy Earth lacks customer support. Unfortunately, I have given their customer service three attempts to make it right, and they have failed at every attempt. This is the first company I have ever dealt with that makes the customer do all of the work when a package is not delivered. Be very wary of this company's policies.
I love the Women’s Bamboo Bermuda Shorts! They are the softest shorts I own. They fit true to size. The 9” inch seam is perfectly just above the knee. The pockets are useful and have a depth that holds your phone nicely. The flat drawstring stays tied and is attached; no worries about the drawstring coming out during laundering. I plan to buy additional shorts/colors.
Last month, I placed my first Cozy Earth order - a pair of bamboo joggers. The joggers are insanely soft and extremely well made. The attention to detail and quality definitely justify a higher price point, and I feel like they’re priced in line with other luxury brands. Their ‘green’ efforts and focus on sustainability really set Cozy Earth among the top tier of luxury brands. After my first purchase, I’ve since become a Cozy Earth Member, and ordered 3 more pairs of joggers.
Bought my sister and I the Women's CityScape Hoodie & Sweatpant Set in black and dusty orchid and we love them! I wore mine to an outdoor concert and it was perfect! Love the pockets and the comfy fit!!! I recommend getting them for the cold weather coming!!!
I’m a dedicated CozyEr! My bed sheets, my newborn’s crib sheets, my towels, pjs, sweats, socks, baby blanket, sofa blankets, sweatshirts, lounge clothes, my husband’s favorite polo-style shirts, eye pillow, and many more items are ALL Cozy Earth. I am someone who tries and tests many many products, companies, and styles until I find the best. And Cozy Earth IS the best- and the contents of my home are a testament to it. My family suffers from eczema as well as a dislike of itchy fabric. More than luxuriously comfortable, Cozy Earth clothes are stylish, flattering, and perfect for at-home and out-and-about. I can’t recommend Cozy Earth enough.
