I purchased the bamboo sheets and I am beyond pleased by the comfort and softness of these sheets. Feels like Im hugged by clouds when sleeping. Im very happy with this purchase and I even purchased a duvet, towels and mens lounge shorts the very next day. I definitely will order many more sheets sets in the near future. The quality is 👍🏾👍🏾.
I bought 2 sets, first one white it was definitely see thru and the king pillows the set included came were too small. I returned it but they charged me $11 to return: so beware there is no free returns for issues with the sheets. Second I did Oat instead. I love the sheets and the king pillows were the correct size. One draw back I've noticed an I only say this bc the sheets retail for $399. They snag super easy! I have little treads popping up bc my nail got caught on the sheets, it's a bummer when you pay a higher price.
The sheets are great. Best sheets we have ever had. But socks were added to the order that I had previously taken off the order. The socks added $37.57 to the order after discounts. But I only wanted sheets. To return them, I only get $28.71 back. So I will wear the socks which will make them unsellable again. Then I will return them less the $9 trial cost. I want to write a good review for Cosy Earth, but they have stupid policies of adding on socks to orders of people who only want to order sheets. I talked to two people at Cozy Earth and they would rather save $9 and get back their socks in unsellable condition rather than do the right thing and refund the entire $37.57. They have created an unhappy customer who will not order again from them over $9.
