I have bought many items from Cozy Earth. I like most things that I have bought. The brushed bamboo material is my favorite. Some tops are too fitted and short. I'm not sure why they shortened everything. I am careful what I buy now because they charge a handling fee if you return an item.
I just love the softness and feel of the Farmhouse PJs, All day Tee and pullover crew. The fit is great and they are breathable. You stay warm but not hot! I also am loving the socks which are soft and cushion my feet on shoes without the sweating that causes chafing when hiking.
After being a loyal customer, having purchased a few sheet sets; I was quite disappointed with my last purchase. The order was for the Linen Bamboo sheet set. Unfortunately, it was an oversight on my part, not realizing that they were not the same sheets purchased in the past. They were extremely rough and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I immediately expressed my concerns to no avail. The response was that the sheets were on sale and a compensation of any kind could not be accommodated. I will not be purchasing the expensive sheets from this company again.
I have been a loyal customer for a year now. I don’t plan on stopping. Their loyalty program is great! They say they’re changing their cloth bags to plastic which is disconcerting to me. The reasoning I was given for this change to plastic was, “it is more in line with our values than reusable cloth bags”?! That is a head scratcher. I bought over $3000 in bedding/ bath and throws this month only to have it come in plastic shrink wrap and bursting out of the box. Literally busting open! I would be very surprised if the winter doesn’t bring a lot of upset customers with wet products. Sounds like more of a bottom line solution than an environmental one. 🤷♀️ I don’t like that I can’t give out gifts this holiday season from cozy earth to people with the reusable bags. It is one of the things that gave Cozy Earth it’s luxurious feeling when opening a nicely wrapped gift. 🎁
