Review Time
I bought the linen bamboo sheets after hearing so many great things about this company. They were half off, bonus i thought. What i did not realize was this was a final sale :(, This was my fault for ordering on my phone and probably not being able to read the fine print. These sheets are awful. so scratchy and uncomfortable. There was no way for me to leave a review about my experience which makes me question the reviews on this website.
I wanted to love these. They are soft and comfortable. However, after only one wear and a delicate wash/hang dry, there is a snag in the material and one of the side seams is pulling out. I am truly disappointed in the quality of these, especially at this price point.

Hidden fees. Cozy Earth has several hidden fees that they don't make very clear upfront. Firstly, they charge a "shipping protection" fee. Technically, you can opt out of this, but it's a bit confusing to do so and they send up a ton of warning messages (including a text message). I'm not sure why this fee is necessary when most shipping companies cover the cost of lost packages these days. It feels like a scam given how hard the company is pushing it.Additionally, if you want to return anything, they say it's "free returns", but they charge a ~$12 return handling fee. I didn't realize this until I went to return something because it didn't fit and was very disappointed. Most retailers that sell clothing at this price point (especially maternity clothing) don't charge this type of fee when you return something.This experience left me overall very disappointed.
