I definitely love your sheets. They are the softest sheets I have ever found and I’mPretty old and picky. My search for new sheets has a home. Just a few tweeks on their website and it will be perfect. Their customer service rate pretty close to the top. I’ll let you know after I have washed them a few times to make sure they don’t pile, but I don’t foresee any issues. Good job Cozy Earth!
Pricey but luxurious! The brand makes clothing that makes you feel like a queen...unfortunately it would be helpful to be in the royal family to afford them!!! If you strike during great deals, they are well worth it. I have a hard time justifying the cost if paying full-price though, but that's just me. If money was boundless, I would buy it all! The product truly is luxurious and I love all my pieces.
These sheets are gorgeous and so much more comfortable than anything I’ve ever tried, including the 100% mulberry silk sheets I spent a fortune on. The Cozy Earth sheets are ultra soft and smooth without being slippery like the silk, which makes sleeping in them very sensual and soothing. The selection of colors is exceptional and the fit is perfect, top and bottom both. The company appears to be young and eager to please, which is no small matter in these times. I first purchased loungewear and was so pleased that I had to go for the sheets. Oh, and they are a dream to wash and tumble dry.
I love my Cozy Earth Bamboo joggers. Took a couple returns to get the right size, and customer service was amazing—efficient (several emails back and forth within an hour!) and helpful. I love the bamboo material. Four stars because my joggers hit about 4 inches about my ankle, and I am 5’4’’. I actually tried the long, but, in addition to more length (length was perfect), they were too big in the seat, so had to return for the regular large. For reference, I am typically a size 12 in pants. I hope Cozy Earth will increase the length of the regular joggers so they are not capris, and then I would purchase several more! Overall, great quality, just wish they were longer.
The fabrics are terrible quality, and their customer service is even worse. I agree with all the 1-star reviews. The fabrics feel GREAT at first, then fall apart worse than H&M. I am beyond disappointed after spending several thousand on this and would NEVER recommend this terrible company to anybody, they are scammers.I have spoken to them many many times, turns out there are no warranties for clothing at all. You pay 200 dollars for a tank top and it lasts about 3 weeks before it fades, falls apart and starts pilling. Their customer service is as interested in this as you can see from their response.I have never made such bad experiences with a clothing company before.
Choosing regular shipping expecting to wait 5-8 business days was a big misleading. We wanted to use the product to wear on an overnight flight. The schedule gave us plenty of time. USPS delayed our shipment. Yes, Cozy Earth cannot control USPS, but the company should know how unreliable they are. Then when I saw the delay I contacted customer service and suggested to share the cost of express shipping, I did not even get an answer. Online commerce today needs to learn faster shipping and customer service. I will return the product in an unopened package on my return from the trip.
I purchased the CityScape Hoodie & Sweatpant Set. i love it! The fabric is soft! The fit is so incredibly spot on. It is not overly baggy but enough to be comfortable. I purchased the Haze and I get compliments every time I wear it!
I’m extremely unhappy with Cozy Earth because the product was too big for me and the style was very boxy for my frame. For the price, I was expecting more of a cottony material. Then, when I attempted to return my items, I was charged almost $12 in return shipping costs. I will not do business with Cozy Earth in the future.
