The Linen Bamboo Sheet Set had a defective pillow case. They stated because it was on sale it is not under their warranty. It only lasted a couple months and it was ripping at the seam. I have had other brands of sheets last years without ever ripping. I would never buy from this company. They obviously manufacture different quality products.
I love every product I have from Cozy Earth! From pj’s to sheets to pillows, they are all fabulously comfortable and well made. I’ve washed my pajamas several times and they still look and feel great. My pillow is like sleeping on a cloud, especially when you pair it with the silly bamboo sheets. I love it all!
Horribly overpriced and nothing special. I purchased a set of linen bamboo sheets that are so scratchy. Contacted customer service to exchange because of their 100 night guarantee but was told I couldn’t because I bought them on sale. Customer service was AWFUL. I will never purchase from this company again.
I have been a Cozy Earth customer for the past 2 years and have tried many of their products and have been very happy with everything. The silk pillows are delightful and one of their new items, the bamboo coverlet is so soft and the perfect weight for a great nights sleep.
