Customer Service is very helpful

Customer Service is very helpful. I had some exchanges that I was unable to do myself on the website, and the customer service reps have been extremely helpful and responsive via email. Thanks!!

Crazy Earth is a horrendous experience

Cozy Earth is among the worst shopping experiences i have ever had. Stay away from this scam site and sketchy merchant. Ordered products online however the order was canceled two days later due to "unconfirned" payment identity. Hello? Call the customer to verify? Never got a call. Wasted so much time. Customer service response? Rehashing the same nonsense. This Cozy Earth merchant appears to be running a marketing gimmick and credit card scam. Stay away from these amateurs. Totally incompetent.

Pricey but worth it

I got the pajama set and yes it’s expensive but it’s worth it. They are so comfortable! I’m5’10” and can never find pajama paints long enough but these sit on my natural waist with plenty of length. Would recommend!

Beautiful bedding

I’m so glad I made this purchase of bamboo standard fill and bamboo duvet cover. I run hot at times and cold at others and this combo truly is temperature regulating. It’s silky and beautiful looking as well.

Site wide sale

Site wide sale? Not exactly. Double check your cart prices. Some colors apparently cost double to make? Ridiculous. Bamboo sheets are definitely worth 250$. Definitely NOT worth 440$.Hunters reply is incorrect.Their site wide sale does not extend site wide. The same sheets vary in price by color. My review is a warning to you all. They are gouging on prices. I say again. They were worth $225. But they are not worth $450.

Does Customer Service even exist?

Their Customer Support team leaves a lot to be desired. I don't know if they are understaffed or just don't have the IT infrastructure (i.e., adequate email?) to handle the number of claims. Followed up to an email they sent me regarding a warranty claim three separate times, with no response. Proceeded to use the Chat functionality and wait for 20 minutes for someone to get on and tell me they never received the emails and to resend the email (which does not make a lot of sense if the issue is not receiving emails in the first place). I proceeded to send them a screenshot of my sent emails and asked them to check in with their IT group as it seems to be a CozyEarth problem, not a customer problem. Still no response...On a related note, this will be third duvet cover we've gone through in just as many years as each have ripped in the washing process, even after following the Cozy Earth washing instructions. We have other brands of cotton duvets on our other beds that have lasted for years without issue.

Highly highly HIGHLY recommend

Honestly my package came in a very timely manner, cool to see a company grow so quickly and their quality of their products shows why they're doing so. Amazing experience, would buy again and would definitely recommend that others try their stuff out too.

Hot, Wrinkly and Durable

We have the sheets, duvet cover and duvet and all of them are great in the dead of winter in upstate NY but if the weather is above 60 they store the heat of 1000 suns. The care instructions would take you a full day if you followed it exactly but they always come out extremely wrinkly regardless. They are very durable and good quality so if you are a sock wearing sleeper and don't care about wrinkles, these are the sheets for you.
