I ordered a part from these guys and paid extra for 2nd business day delivery. Within 48 hours I got an email stating that my order was being processed. 3 days after that (the day after expected delivery) I got an email from them stating that this item is "out of stock with no ETA". Really???? 5 days to tell me its not available. I own a business consisting of 14 diesels and will take my business elsewhere.
I purchased a small adapter bracket for some mud flaps needed for a trip I was taking in a few days. The flaps were important to protect a new boat I'd bought.I paid far more than the bracket was worth for 2nd day air but CPP Diesel shipped in UPS Ground instead and pocketed the difference and hasn't issued any refund. They are very difficult to contact and do not offer good customer service.
I ordered a Mahle gasket kit for a first gen cummins in Nov. 2019. After realizing that the kit was on back order by Mahle and no known date was confirmed when available I called CPP diesel and requested my money back on my Visa. After numerous emails/phone calls I am still waiting for my refund. We are in Aug 2020. Many times when I called nobody answers the phone. I was told that one time i was lucky to talk to someone that I will receive a check in the mail because of money transfer issue back to my Credit card. I am still waiting for my cheque. I don’t understand who someone can do or stay in buisness with this type of garbage attitude.
I will begin the process of suing CCP in small claims court in PA for triple damages... 500$ for ceramic 7.3 up pipes and nothing from them but excusesBBB has been Contacted and they Lied to them as well saying I would be Refunded... My Bank was notified as well. I actually look forward to calling a local Atty. In their Zip code after this Covid restriction business ends within the week.. See you folks in Court.. No checks will be accepted so bring 1500$ cash (Minimum)😬👍
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ORDERED HE WRONG PART ADMITTEDLY MY FAULT HEALTH ISSUE DELAYED INSTALLATION BARELY MISSED THE 30 DAY EXCHANGE, SPOKE WITH A REP. FROM PACBRAKE THEY SAID NO PROBLEM EXCHANGING FOR THEM BUT CPP WOULDNT EXCHANGE I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY A RESTOCK FEE, JUST NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH ME, NOT A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
This company stole my core refund for a torque converter. The owner is a thief and a coward. I have sent so many emails asking when I will receive my core deposit and the only answer I get is the account manager is out of the office or we are working on it. I have asked for a contact for accounting department and their response is I’m only the tracking person all I can do is forward your request. Stall tactics! Scam!
DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH CCP DIESEL! I ordered a Redhead steering gear box for my Dodge in November of 2018. I returned the core the same month. After waiting several weeks to have $225 for my core credited back to my card, I started calling CCP. I was directed to the person in charge of core refunds. Day after day I was told she hasn't made it to work yet, or she's out running errands. This went on for the month of December, January, and February. I was told on more than one occasion it's in the process. This was bull. I contacted Redhead directly and was told my core was received in November and CCP had been notified via email to refund my core charge. I forwarded those emails directly to CCP and was told this was the first time they had seen them. Again, bull. After threatening to take CCP to court I received my core refund in March of 2019. So if you want to do business with a piece of crap lying company, this is the one for you. Red head is awesome, great products and customer service. CCP Diesel, avoid like herpes. Jeff
I placed an order on Dec. 19 and I paid 3 days rush delivery. I sent them an email and they said that the part was not in stuck and some more bs. Anyways, they said the part was not going to be able until mid January. Now, is it logical or ethical to sell something you DONT HAVE and offer 3 days shipping for an extra cost?? I have been communicating with them back and forward for a month now!. On January 10th, I ask them to cancel my order and refund me. Until this day 01/25/2019, they have not refund me. According to them, the order still open and they cannot refund me. WTH is this? I had to call my back and open a charge back. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The order was for $2000. I will never, ever, ever, do business with them again. I do not recommend this company. By the way, they have 21 complaints with the BBB. You can search it online. I tried to post the link, but this website did not let me.
