I would give this company 0 stars. The product was terrible and I was automatically signed up for a subscription which I would never want! I bought a 3 month subscription for a gift! I would never had signed up for another 3 months.. if I had wanted 6 months, I would have signed up for 6 months! No way to cancel or talk to any customer service representative! Do not buy anything from them!

I've been playing a series of crates, 'Escape the Crate,' that has two themes. One theme is figuring out the puzzles in the crate and the other 'overall theme' - 'defeat the bad guy.' I ordered a book subscription for my daughter. They charged my card, sent an email saying the shipment was sent, the tracking number says Shipment Not Found, and the seller is no longer on Cratejoy. Customer service is a joke, no response through chat or email. I cancelled but I don't get a refund, they just tell me I'll stop getting books at the end of the subscription year, but I never received any of the books.
