The service and the external provider failed to send emails for order confirmation and shipping details. Although the order shipped, the external provider refused to issue a refund despite my cancellation. I will not be using their services again.

My daughter was thrilled to receive these Bread Boxes and found them easy and fun to make. Everything needed was included, along with clear instructions. The bread turned out beautifully. Customer service promptly addressed my delivery inquiry, and I will likely gift this product again!

I ordered a stationary gift box 3 month subscription for my daughter as a birthday gift. The first box arrived promptly and was adorable with personalized cards, pens, confetti, and other accessories. The name on the cards was accidentally my name instead of my daughter’s, but I emailed the company and they responded right away! both the stationary box sellers themselves and CrateJoy worked together to fix it immediately! There was no haggling or anything, just great customer service! Would definitely recommend using this company for any gifts you want to give. Getting an actual person to help you promptly and with a positive attitude is worth a lot, in my opinion! (Not to mention the products were of high quality!)
