Website states: “ All our rings can be resized! If the ring is new and unworn, it is covered by the Perfect Fit Guarantee”.However they’ve ignored my emails for over two weeks now. Even if they won’t resize/replace, it’d be nice to actually receive a response. They have enough time to repeatedly send out marketing emails though.I thought I was onto a winner with this company as the designs are good (a testament to the independent designers NOT the company) however the customer service and communication needs dramatic improvement.
Have ordered multiple rings over the last few years. The quality of work has always been top tier and when there has been a flaw with the stone in one of my rings they’ve replaced it with no questions asked. Easily one of the best in Australia right now!
This was my first purchase from CH and will certainly not be my last!Communication was fantastic and given the fact that covid had taken a big hit on them and everyone else they did so well. They must be a well oiled machine. To look at their web site is awesome, showing all aspects of design through to the end result, which you can track at any time. I order two rings from these guys for a milestone birthday for my son, well ahead of his birthday. A week before the date, I contacted them to follow-up on the order and was told that they have added a priority to my order to be rushed however given the hand made to order production process, they can't make any absolute guarantees but they will try their best. Three weeks later, no delivery received nor was there any communication from them so I followed up again. They then gave me some excuse about dispatch issues and advised that they processed another order to rush through production and ship within a week! It is rather disappointing that they made no attempt to communicate the delays with me and even more disappointing that they showed no empathy that my son did not receive the gifts he requested! Won't be using them again.
Absolutely love this shop. Their products are incredible and their customer care is truly amazing. Lost a ring I bought a while ago from them and was bummed seeing it was discontinued on their website, contacted their team and they made another one for me despite it not being listed on their website. A+ customer care, and incredible jewelry!

The jewellery is always high quality and makes me feel special every time I put it on. My most recent order was a bespoke family signet ring. The team was extremely patient in taking on my feedback and editing the design until I was satisfied with it. If any delays occurred, they were proactive and upfront in their communication style to set expectations properly. I feel that their prices are quite reasonable, especially when considering the experience as a whole (unlimited edits for my bespoke piece before the design is finalised, amazing responsive and quick customer service, amazing quality jewellery, etc.). All of my experiences with CHD have been very positive and I enthusiastically recommend them to jewellery lovers everywhere.

My experience with this company was simply amazing, I had have to wait for order to arrive like almost 2 months not gonna lie, but you have to understand the circumstances with the Covid 19 and the amount of rules and restrictions have been created bcs of it. Customer service replied back to me in within a day, when I have asked about the progress of my order, they nicely apologized for my wait and they have explained me that their company was under staffed due to covid regulations. Other than this, I simply cannot complain about the product, it arrived in a nice velvet bag, I also want to mention that the display was simply amazing. I also like the amount of care they put in their products, I can tell you that their jewellery is top quality with a lot of care put in.
