CHD is on another level in the ring industry in Australia and probably in the world!! Ryan the owner is the legend himself, always trying to bring the best to us his customers. My experience with CHD started back in 2018 with my cushion onyx ring which love so much. After that its been a journey of discovering and buying new or uniques pieces!! some of them they are only made one time in life! How special is that!!! very special right?? The company sometimes they may delay the orders because of production matters but they always are happy to respond every email in the best way possible, big shot out to all the jewellers and the office! Keep up the good work ya beauty legends! CHD fa life.
great company awesome design and very good to deal with, would prefer faster delivery but given that it is made to order and high quality it is warranted that it takes a bit of time, and patience if hard these days:) but overall highly recommended!!!
Ryan and the amazing team at Crooked Howlet Design are absolutely incredible. I own 8 rings and a necklace and the quality of their service is second to none. Their jewellery is on an even higher level of quality - every piece that I own is impeccably designed, crafted and finished. Cannot recommend CHD enough - looking forward to wearing these pieces and handing them down through the generations to come.
I've been a customer of CHD for years now. Their products are always top quality and their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. It takes a while after ordering for me to receive my order because I'm in the UK and their products tend to be made to order. But they are well worth the wait and the quality is second-to-none.
On their website as well as confirmation emails, it states that they would complete rings within 15 business days - there confirmation email even confirms the 15 days with personalisation. I order 2 rings for a special occasion, factoring in the timelines in order to get it for a gift. When 20 business days had passed, I reached out to them to enquire what was happening. They then said it takes an additional 7 days for personalised rings. So I challenged this and said I would like to cancel the rings as no where does it state this and that the confirmation email stated 15 business working days. They then didn't respond to my email and dispatched the ring a few days later (23 business days). I then emailed again asking for a response and how / where do I send the rings back. More than a week later, zero response!Yes their jewelers work hard and they produce great rings, however I would not recommend going with them due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.
