Crooks for sure..

Crooks for sure... If I could rate it a 0, I would. Still waiting (almost 2 months) for a hoodie I ordered and still hasn't shipped yet. They won't issue a refund or tell me when the item will ship. Never order from this vendor.

Crooks and Fraud

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I placed an order back in September 2nd for three items totaling $108. It’s now November 16th. I still haven’t received any of my items. I emailed C&C and was advised a credit would be issued as they do not provide refunds. The second they have your money, regardless of if you receive your item or not, they go into hiding. Biggest fraud going. My first and last time I ever order from C&C.

Disgusting service from this company

Disgusting service from this company. Unable to get in contact with anyone, I have a $185 order that I have never received. When I check the order status it says “order not found”. I have sent numerous emails and only receive an automated response. It has been a month and a half since I placed this order, and only a maximum 3 week delay when I placed the order. This is my first time ordering from them and will definitely be my last. Horrible company, non-existent customer service.

I ordered two crew necks (totaling $180) on October 8th. The website (after buying it) informs me it could take UP TO 3 weeks. It is now November 12th and my order confirmation states it hasn’t been shipped yet. Emailed them twice- only an auto generated email back. Never heard from an actual person. This is by far my most regrettable purchase. Do not recommend.

Not shipping. *Updated*

Ordered on Oct 9. Site says up to 3 weeks to process. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks still not even packaged or out for delivery. No customer service, just robots. Bye bye to this brand. Loyalty my ass. I want my money back. Keep your gear. If I could give 0 stars I would.Edit: So they contacted me on Oct 31 and said they were moving warehouses (site doesn’t say that), they said my order would be sent in a “few” days. 5 days later I replied saying I want my money back since nothing has been shipped yet. No replies until Nov 9th when I got a e-mail saying that my order is in the way. Bunch of clowns. They’ll never receive my business again as long as I live.

A horrible way to do business

I ordered one of their bundles on Oct 3rd,it still has not shipped. I have messaged them and have gotten no response at all other then their robot saying it could take 72 hours well its been over a week. People I know have ordered after I did and gotten their items already. Really unhappy customer.

Where's my shipping label????!!!

The customer service is iffy at best. (That's being generous.....maybe inept?) But I do like the brand.Picture this: You order a couple items from Crooks & Castles website. You receive said items in a reasonable timeframe but the items don't fit. You request an exchange, not a refund. They tell you to mail the items back with the shipping label provided. You never receive the shipping label, or, maybe it went in the spam folder, whatever. So, you email MULTIPLE times over a two, almost three week period asking for this shipping label. They fiiiiiiinally return your email with: "Hey, we already sent the shipping label. Bye" No re-sent shipping label, no separate email (even in spam) no nothing. How ballistic would YOU go? Yeah, that's where I'm at right now. THAT, my friends, is BS.

These morons had me pay 140 dollars for a damn pair of pants they refuse to send me or refund my cash.... they claimed they would send me credit for the website yet it's been over 4 weeks now and nothing... I want my damn money back Crooks n Castles!
