Do not purchase clothes here, regardless of your location.1 - They take weeks to even package your order and get it on its way.2 - I asked for a refund on the day they finally decided to package their clothing, They did not wish to return my money & proceeded to send the package regardless of my wishes.3- They proceeded to write the right address in the incorrect format, witch proceeded to then delay the shipping even more. Summary:Do not order from here, they will take your money and thats final.
I’ve spent almost 10k at the at crooks and castles site over past 10 years . Never had any real problems they just take mad long to send the stuff . Especially this time it’s been 9 days and still haven’t said my order is ready to be shipped .
Once they have your money that's it. If you require a refund you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Plus your refund will be minus your original shipping fee. And its not a refund its an e gift card only good for Crooks and more Crooks. I wont spend another cent there. I will continue to spread negative comments about the CROOKS.
We used to order from Crooks and Castles all the time and for Black Friday then we ordered some sweat pants and a hoody.Sweat pants arrived but no hoody We then get notified that the hoody is no longer coming but they are giving us a $65 GCWe wrote an email saying we would either like a comparable hoody sent (same price and shipping included as it should have arrived with everything else where we already paid shipping) or else a refund back into our card.We said we do not want to pay full price for a hoody that we should have gotten on sale and we will not be paying shipping again for an order that should have arrived with everything else We have messaged a dozen or more times and still have not had a single response besides the automated email saying they will get back to us.Very disappointed after all the money that we spent there.Also we seem to remember that we used to have points? Now no points to be found? Did they just take all our points away from us?We are pretty darn livid.No customer service and they will take your money and never give it back to you Such a scam and they should be ashamed
ABSOLUTELY LIVID WITH THIS COMPANY! i have tried to order from them THREE times now before xmas and each time my order has been canceled for NO reason. The last time i paid over $200 and my money has NOT been returned to me even though they canceled my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are HORRIBLE and a MASSIVE rip off.
Really wishing I had of read reviews here before I ordered, cuz I never would have. I placed an order on Nov 15 figuring there would be more than enough time to receive my items. Well, 3 weeks go by and nothing. I emailed them and got a generic response saying it's a busy time and orders can take up to 3-7 business days or more to ship. What does or more mean? 6 months from now? Seems like a cop out to me, but anyway, finally a shipping label was created on Dec 8 and as of today (Dec 19), it's still 'waiting to be picked up by Canada Post'. Definitely not getting this for Christmas which is a huge bummer and I'm losing faith I'll get it at all. My items are supposedly coming from Ottawa, which is 9 hrs away from me so I'm not understanding what it is taking so long. Emailed again a couple days ago, no response and I'm not holding my breath after read these comments. Do yourself a favour and don't order from their website. I've never had an experience like this ever, I'm so disappointed and I was really excited to give it as a gift :( $142 down the drain I guess.Update: I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they did refund me which I'm thankful for. A couple of days later I get an email finally from C&C and they tell me that after looking into it, my package was 'lost in transit' and gave me a credit for $150. What a joke, I don't want anything from this company, and I won't be using the credit they gave me either. I'd be fuming if my bank didn't credit me back, I'd be stuck with a $150 credit for a store that I would no longer be supporting. Seriously guys, just don't do it lol.
TERRIBLE quality and customer service. I ordered one item and I received it damaged with a fairly large hole in it. I contacted support and they offered a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement and was told it would be sent asap. Three weeks have passed and I not received a replacement or a refund.I contacted them again and they placed the blame on me by saying I never responded when I have screenshots of the conversation. Now they’re only offering store credit which is just ridiculous. I will never purchase from this company again.
