They are diffently crooks probably…

They are diffently crooks probably living in a castle. Ordered items 3 weeks ago and still no order number or tracking. They didn’t have a issue taking my payment though. Stay away from these crooks.

These guys are bad news ordered a bunch…

These guys are bad news ordered a bunch of stuff. Got them 2 months later but I have a few missing items contacted them no reply still. It says in their website that shipping is delay and shipping company as well because they are very busy but I have ordered from other places with the same shipping company handling my order and I got them right away. These guys are crooks.

PLACED ORDER IN SEPT. STILL WAITING NO RESPONSE. I WILL PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION. CROOKS. Don’t wAste your hard earned money on this company. They’re reasons they don’t sell this brand in stores anymore.

Ordered a few things oct 8th

Ordered a few things oct 8th. Finnally emailed them mid November. No response just a tracking number. Tgen it shows missing two items. Multiple emails with no response. Want my missing items I paid for two months ago. Money was taken right away.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. Ordered a few shirts from them Oct 12. They finally sent two.. No tracking.. Didn't even know they were shipped, but still missing one. I paid for it.. But never received it. I've sent numerous emails and only get their automated reply. Getting seriously frustrated. Would not recommend them at all. Horrible customer service!!!

Zero stars!

Zero stars!Ordered on October 4th, order is still not fulfilled and can't get a response from Crooks (literally Crooks?) Yet, I still receive promotional texts and emails from them daily. I'm starting to wonder if they're hustling folks for our money and are going to fold again.*Finally received order on December 15th...yes, 9 weeks later. Customer service NEVER REPLIED ONCE. To top it all off, only 2 out of 4 items are what I ordered! The other 2 are absolutely useless to me smfh. No morals at all..

I placed an order on October 13

I placed an order on October 13. It is now November 24. I received an order confirmation, and they have taken my money. However, they have not provided me any shipping details, and the items are still not picked.Customer service takes WEEKS to respond. Once they did, they said they "moved their factory" and they cannot specify a time that they will ship. They also mentioned that they cannot guarantee that the items are still in stock, and if they are no longer in stock they will issue me store credit. What makes them think I want store credit anyways after this terrible experience.This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They keep bombarding me with new promotions, that I would likely purchase if I would have gotten my original order! I am worried that this company is going under and that they're scrambling. Is there anywhere I can go to get my money back and report this as fraudulent?What a way to blow up an originally decent brand...

I placed an order oct 10/20They charged me the 65.00.they have not shipped my stuff. Impossible to get a conformation date as to when I'll get my order. so they take your money and send an automatic reply. They will not ship or refund my money.I am having them investigated, for fraud.
