Ordered a mystery box 30th of November DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PPL 24 days later they finally issue my refund after "not our issues" yhyh whatever scammers get very salty when they have to refund you and blame every external factor but themselves it was even my fault at one point

Horrible service and operations.

Horrible service and operations. I purchased a hoodie on one occasion and some sweat pants on another occasion. Both times working with them to get the order, track the order, etc. was a nightmare. It was so bad that I'm taking time out of my day to write to you to warn you how bad it was. I'm honestly shocked that this company hasn't already gone out of business. Given their operations, I don't suppose they will exist 24m from now.

Worst company to get your product from

Worst company to get your product from. I will say theyve answered my emails when after a week i ask where my product is. Surprise we dont have it in stock. Even after we tell you its re stocked and its available. 3 out of 5 orders have been short. My fault for being a sucker but never again will i do business with them ever. Not even for free. No refunds only exchanges. Never ever again will i deal with them.

Raggedy Old Rotini Pasta Box?

A week and a half after ordering I get an email from Rebecca letting me know that the t shirt top to the "Bandana Cherub" set was sold out due to stock issues? How so when I ordered almost two weeks ago and it was in stock when I ordered. Fast forward to today, I receive my order today in a raggedy old rotini pasta box that was halfway open and not taped up at all. I'm going to return the Bandana Cherub shorts because there is no matching top, and after I receive my next order I will unsubscribe from the email notifications and not be ordering from these guys again. Very upset that my order wasn't handled appropriately or in a timely manner and also very unprofessionally.I had high esteem for this company because a friend had told me it was his buddy's clothing line and I wanted to show support, plus they have dope gear, but service is pretty high on my list of things I consider when ordering from a company. It's actually just another reminder why I'm going to try to buy only American made stuff from now on and stop funding sweat shops and slave wages from companies that make clothes and shoes overseas.Hope some folks have better luck. By the way, the online chat people are very helpful and kind, but whoever works in that warehouse that stuffed my items in a rotini pasta box needs to get fired.

Spent over $300 with them

Spent over $300 with them. Order stuck with USPS and no one can explain why. I have sent several emails to Crooks customer service team. No reply.Be warned these guys will keep your money and not send you the items you ordered
