Total silence from this company after tirelessly waiting over a month! For my covers. They initially respond fairly quickly telling me to wait until after 20 days. I do so patiently, nothing as arrived. So I reach back out and now it’s a ghost town. Now I have to take it up with my credit card company?! Absolutely ridiculous lack of customer service. Not a professional, legit company at all.
Ordered 2 card covers 10 months ago. They never shipped the items. I have reached out 3 times now over the last 10 months and not a single response. This is literally a scam I have no idea how they’re still able to operate a business. I have better response and customer service with AliExpress sellers.
My first time ever using card covers. These were advertised on Facebook. While they did not had Helluva Boss themed covers, I customised them myself. It definitely did not dissapoint! Will use again in the future and will recommend them!
I ordered mine back in February and was really excited to receive it. However a whole month after it said it was delivered and several emails back and forth with customer service dancing around the request of a refund ive given up hope of talking to someone serious about trying to make the situation right. I i would give it a 0/5 if possible but its not. I wouldn't recommend this company and if i ever try to get a card cover again it will be elsewhere.
