I waited to be served only to be ignored and when I was served I was not listened to I said I had an account which I would have ordered my goods on in the end I just wanted to leave the store. when I went back to pick up my items the guy they asked to serve me looked miserable and would not make eye contact so I asked to be served by someone else. He didn't want to serve me that is why I requested someone else. I will think about shopping else where.
Ordered two air fryers as gifts. After checking tracking ready for delivery the items were never delivered when expected and after contacting Evri they confirmed the items had been lost. After 5 days of trying to contact Curry’s online and by phone I am at my wits end. I have not known such appalling customer service like it! Online chat was atrocious and the contact numbers linked to the “make a complaint” was just a number to place an order. I think the only way you can talk to someone is if you want to place an order!It’s the first retailer I have struggled to contact when having an issue. If it wasn’t for Curry’s being a well known retailer I would assume I had been scammed of £200. I will certainly not be ordering from Curry’s again and will advise all family and friends to avoid.
