This company has totally failed in its duty of care my washing machine broke down needed repaired they did not do it in 7 days as guaranteed in the 7 day promise my husband has terminal cancer so need it fixed totally incompetent and very rude staff

Strange way to promise price match

I price matched an item for a substantial discount, the item on google said free next day delivery if ordered by 9pm yet I was told it would be delivered to the store and allow upto a week ? After a week had passed I contacted customer services who basically said I need to take it up with the store , asking for the stores number or to be put through I was informed customer services don’t hold individual store numbers ? I went to the store and the assistant asked if I wanted her to re submit the order ? No thank you I’d like it sorting out is it too much to ask after waiting over a week ? She called the manager , bish bosh bash there’s one arriving in half an hour from a nearby store ? Thanks much appreciate but why couldn’t this have happened a week ago ? I got the feeling they were pushing me toward a refund due to the amount of the price matched promise difference. Which again wouldn’t b right as the other company offered next day delivery had I not price matched and bought it direct from them ?

Delivery person cut water pipe in my…

Delivery person cut water pipe in my kitchen allowing water to poor out over my kitchen floor and then proceeded to walk the water over my rug and through my property. Reported to currys and received a refund for the delivery. Terrible service.

Currys not good this time

Very disappointed by Currys this time. I bought a Samsung S series smart phone on a "Black Friday" deal which I later discovered I could have got for £50 less at John Lewis. The sales person also selected the wrong case for it and wouldn't allow me to take the phone out of its box to check that it fitted until I'd paid, when I then fortunately found it didn't and they got one one that did. The expensive screen protector was badly fitted too. The range of USB cable accessories available was limited too. 3 stars is perhaps too generous?

Gone in for something and bought something else. Going through the buying and trade-in process was very easy with help coming from the staff. Got an even better deal too for the trade-in. Very happy with my daughter's new phone.
