My experience was outstanding, thanks to a staff member at the local branch who was friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to resolving my issue. This individual was truly an asset to the team, and I recommend reaching out to them for assistance. Previously, I had visited the service and did not receive any help, and the support line also couldn't resolve my problem despite their efforts.

Delivery Issues and Poor Customer Service

The delivery did not occur as scheduled. Upon following up, I was informed that the courier does not operate on Sundays. It was supposed to arrive on Monday, but that did not happen either. After reaching out again, I was told it would come on Tuesday. When I checked on Tuesday, I encountered a very unhelpful customer service representative who clearly should not be in that role. I ended up canceling my order. Overall, a disappointing experience!

Received counterfeit device from the company.

Received a counterfeit iPhone 17 Pro Max from the company. Since the incident on December 20th, there has been no communication with the customer. The relevant team seems confused and unable to resolve this disgraceful issue. It appears this may need to be reported to the news to gain attention.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I purchased a product from a local store, but when I went to use it later, I found that two parts were missing. I contacted customer service and was informed that the store would call me within 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue, but I never received a call. Instead, I got a message suggesting I email them for assistance, yet I received no response. After calling again, I was given the same information and still no call back. By this point, I was quite frustrated. I called a third time and was told I needed to contact the manufacturer myself, which I believe is not my responsibility. I explained that I didn't want a refund, just for the product to function as intended. I've now requested a call from the manager of the support center, so I hope that yields a resolution. I cannot recommend this service to anyone; they seem to care only about getting your money and not about customer satisfaction.

Fantastic experience recycling devices!

Visited the local branch on Saturday to recycle an old iPad and iPhone. To my surprise, I found out that I was eligible for a £75 payment for the iPhone. The assistant went out of their way to locate us in the store and processed the payment for us. Outstanding customer service and product expertise. Thank you!

Very dissatisfied with the after-purchase support I received.

I am very dissatisfied with the after-purchase support I received. I bought a product online on 21st November, realized it wasn't the right one, and contacted the company immediately. The return was collected on 22nd November, yet over a month later, I still have no update regarding my refund.
Despite numerous attempts to seek answers, neither the support team nor the complaints department has been helpful. I was repeatedly promised that the refund would be processed within 7–14 days, which clearly has not happened.
What adds to my frustration is that I went ahead and purchased the correct product from the company on 23rd November, trusting that my refund was being processed. Instead, I have been left to chase updates with no resolution and no accountability from the company.
This level of after-sales service is absolutely unacceptable. I expected much better from a major retailer, and this experience has severely shaken my confidence in their customer care.

Washing machine issues after 3 years

Purchased a washing machine from this place 3 years ago, and it functioned well until last month when issues began to arise. I called a technician to repair it, but all he did was turn it on twice and give it a kick. It worked temporarily, but the same problem returned shortly after.

Issue with a recent purchase and lack of support.

I purchased a gaming console from the company, but I'm facing a significant issue as it won't turn on at all—no lights, nothing. I contacted the company within the first 30 days of my purchase and was informed that a courier would collect it on December 24, but no one arrived. After reaching out again, they rescheduled for January 2, yet again, no collection occurred. It's been 10 days of trying to return this item, and I'm losing hope. One of their representatives mentioned that I need to keep rescheduling and that it's the courier's responsibility, but as the seller, it's the company's duty to resolve this and ensure the item is collected.

I found a wonderful iPad for my daughter after Christmas. The buying process was smooth, aside from the typical request to consider the warranty. The sales representative was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and we found exactly what we wanted at what I considered a good price! It arrived in just two days.

Great experience despite forgetting my wallet

I forgot my wallet while visiting a store in Team Valley. I took my time exploring the washers, fridge freezers, and cookers. When I got home to place my order online, I couldn't find the 10% discount code. However, the service I received from the agent via web chat was fantastic; they placed my order, applied the discount, and organized the delivery. I can't complain about the service at all.
