I ordered a TV online, but it arrived with a faulty screen—these situations can happen. The real issue is getting this resolved; it shouldn't be this complicated. Moving forward, I prefer to shop with family-run businesses where customers are prioritized. I called the support team again on 1/1/26 and was told they would send an email to arrange for the TV to be picked up, but I still haven't received anything. Previously, on 24/12/25, I was assured that everything was sorted out and a collection would be arranged, yet I'm still stuck without a resolution as of 2/1/26.
Finding an assistant for help is quite a challenge. When I went upstairs to the area where my purchased item was, I noticed a staff member in uniform holding a baby while chatting with others. An elderly lady was seated nearby, yet neither approached me to offer assistance. Eventually, the elderly lady directed someone else to help me. This isn't the first instance of poor service in this department. If staff are uninterested in assisting customers, should they remain in their roles? This perspective comes from someone who works in customer service.
I ordered a printer and was informed it would be ready for pickup in 3 to 5 business days. However, it's now been 30 days, and I'm still waiting. I've reached out to customer support several times, but they haven't taken any action to fix the problem. Instead of assisting me, they suggested I drive 100 miles to another location to collect it myself—unbelievable! The lack of communication and concern for customers is appalling. If you're considering a purchase, don't believe them when they say it will be available soon. Make sure to request a replacement guarantee, or better yet, shop somewhere else. The service has been extremely disappointing and not worth the trouble.
I made a last-minute decision to buy a couple of hotplates for Christmas Day and Boxing Day. I placed my order on Saturday, December 20th, and by Monday, December 22nd, they were already on my doorstep (thanks to the driver for leaving them since we weren't home). The two hotplates are of excellent quality—just as described, they look great and performed perfectly. While I won't need to use them often, I'm really glad to have them for when the occasion arises. Additionally, I found the price to be very competitive; I’m making an effort to support various companies instead of defaulting to larger platforms. Shopping around sometimes reveals better products and prices than what I typically find elsewhere.
This is the most ineffective service I've encountered. I placed an order and paid for it, expecting a confirmation email to arrange collection. However, while I was en route, I received an email from the company canceling my order. They seem incapable of managing even the simplest tasks, let alone running a business.
I had a truly rewarding experience today at the store. I want to express my gratitude to a young lady who was incredibly helpful. She demonstrated extensive knowledge in the mobile phone section and is clearly an asset to the company. Thank you for your assistance.
I feel compelled to share another review about the dreadful customer service. I am still awaiting a response regarding our soundbar and subwoofer, which have been missing since we returned it damaged on December 1st. Fortunately, we didn't pay for it in full; otherwise, we would be forced to pursue a claim for our refund! The treatment of customers is unacceptable! In response to your reply, I have sent multiple emails!
I consistently enjoy a very positive and pleasant shopping experience at this location, and this visit was no different. All the staff I've interacted with have been incredibly helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable about the products in their area. They take the time to understand your needs, sharing their extensive knowledge to ensure you know you're making the right purchase. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.
