I've been a regular customer since 2019 and have always worn the same size. The durability used to be impressive, justifying the cost. However, my latest order arrived with a size that was 5-10cm larger, making it unwearable. The fabric is wrinkling and starting to peel on the inside (elbow and back) after just two weeks. This unexpected size change is a significant issue for an online-only business. This may be my last purchase, and the dismissive promotional tone from the new management isn't helping the situation. I'll continue to wear my old favorites until they resolve these quality concerns.
