This is at Dover store#2069
I give Ashley 0 stars
I give Cari 5 stars
This is one of the worse experiences I have ever had in CVS!
This could have been a calm situation but Ashley is out of control.
My mom wanted to buy a item in the store she had a $10.00 reward with loyalty membership and a $2.00 coupon. It wasn't working Ashley came over to help. Then she said I don't understand coupons so if doesn't work I can't help you and she walked away. Alrightly then , So my mom decided to talk to a manager Ashley said I'm the manager. So Ashley the manager she doesn't understand coupons that's it she has to call Corp CVS. Ashley helped with the coupon machine it was all messed up. While my moms on hold with Corp Cari comes over and her tag says Manager she asked if she can help? My mom explains the situation we find Ashley is not a manager she a shift lead. Cari helps my mom and she able to get the item she wanted. Ashley starts yelling. I think my mom was Thanking Cari for all her help and she you truly the manager. Ashley said I'm am one of the manager. Then she said don't call me liar and she says I'm not a liar. She said I never refused to help her but she did as soon as she said I don't understand coupons and I can't help you she didn't offer to get the store manager of the store cause in her mind she was the store manager. She's a shift lead and she takes everything way to personal then she even said I'm leaving and you ladies and I can finish this in the parking lot. Threatening customers! She was screaming and yelling and carrying on like a crazy person the whole time. I was sick her telling my mom that she liar then I said I heard you say it too. She got so upset then she called me a liar I said I'm not making anything up I heard what said. That's how she talks to customers. I will never feel uncomfortable to shop in this store again before leaving I asking Cari if she was outside in the parking lot because Ashley not going to beat me up I will call the police. Ashley is a liar (she's lying to herself calling herself the manager when she is just a shift lead. ) She doesn't know how to do all the stuff a manager can do. She unprofessional I don't even think she can handle the shift lead job. I won't be back .I don't need the abuse of someone of her low calibar WHO THINGS WHO SHE IS! Then liar through teeth and try's to back pedal in the end because deep down she can't deal with the situation she created.
Cari was very professional and calm she shouldn't have to deal with that because Ashley is out of control! Cari even said she wasn't feeling well and she has to deal with this kind of crap at work my heart goes out to her. Hopefully Ashley does quit soon. She was threatening to quit while we there because she not a liar! I'm under the impression this is problem there at this CVS!

Disclaimer:I have no receipt yet and thus no photo but this JUST HAPPENED:$$$$$$Ever leave a voice message at CVS (for the pharmacy)? No lie: Your phone-voice message to cvs pharmacy isn't *yours*! That's to say, OUR actual messages are no longer are sent to cvs INTACT, but are reinterpreted by machine, THEN sent... To wit:$I just got a call back from CVS pharm asking me what I called about. I was SHOCKED to find out what the pharmacist told me: Artificial Intelligence (AI) restates all calls in "it's" own thoughts and words... so OUR messages are heretofore NEVER received as sent OR in our voices! W T H ?! $The system knew I had called, but botched the message so bad the pharmacist didn't even know what I was calling about - ie: didn't know the medication or details surrounding it. I had to repeat it all to him. What if I hadn't been available to chat? What if I was in the hospital? Ad-Infinitum.. This is PATHETIC!$This is a serious and potentially LETHAL turn of events at CVS proper and I can envision many lawsuits coming from their use of such a tainted e-service! How sad and pathetic.$I have had constant reoccurring issues/problems with cvs and this just takes the cake. It is such a threat to reality and safety as to be literally unbelievable! $Every month they do more to discourage me from continuing to be a customer. After 25 years I am fed up with their inability: to keep records, follow orders, process the most current meds, input or maintain or keep med related notes in their "system", record or keep client instructions, refill meds properly or on time, remember to refill meds.... the list is atrocious just keeps growing. I no longer trust cvs as a pharmacy related company.
The pharmacy were great THIS VISIT. Everyone was professional and friendly. Igot my current vaccines. I was given a coupon after and went to shop. Was pretty disappointed when in line I watched the staff girl be super friendly to the previous white customers (plus print out long receipts with coupons and let a customer use one during their purchase of an additional item) when I stepped up she looked me in my face and didn't even say HELLO. So I waited and still she said nothing. So I said, “A HELLO WOULD BE NICE. you were so nice and greeted the previous white customers and nothing to me. I suggest you treat ALL CUSTOMERS the same including Black people”She said, I was going too. I had to put sterilizer on my hands! What a ridiculous excuse. She was not drinking the sterilizer so her mouth was available to say HI.CVS should use our boycott of Target as an example of BLACK PEOPLE’S spending power. Please Treat all customers the same way. CVS should teach ALL its staff this obvious and important fact.Lastly, she gave me a receipt that said REPRINTED RECEIPT that did not include coupons for future purchases. I've never NOT gotten such a short receipt. IS THIS A NEW THING FOR BLACK CUSTOMERS because the WHITE CUSTOMERS CERTAINLY RECEIVED COUPONS?Do better CVS. Do better.Do better CVS. Do better.UPDATEI did get a reply to contact them directly at CVS_Social_Reviews@CVSHealth DOT COMBUT NO SURPRISE, THIS IS BOGUS.
Worst Pharmacy experience I can recall. Panama city beach location had a traveling pharmacist named Muhammad. Muhammad chose to judge me based on medication that I had been prescribed the month prior due to a accident that almost killed me. I broke my collarbone I fractured my head, and nose ,had a brain bleed i was an ICU unit for 3 days, and almost died. I was forced to have to take medication for the pain. I do not take pain medication. Its not something that I would ever want to take. But was forced to Due to having broken bones, and head injury. Not taking pain medications now, only 3 weeks, but have other meds that I have to take. I'm a sufferer of PTSD and have severe panic and fear constantly. So I have to take a medication to keep myself calm,so that I can leave my home and work. I was immediately judged, and then my prescription withheld, then this pharmacist proceeded to call my doctor saying that I was trying to fill early. I fill according to the app only. I never call and asked to fill a prescription early. I look at the app, it says when, that's when I do it. Never have had a problem before. Only after I was prescribed pain medication for a few weeks. It's humiliating that someone has to take medicine as it is, especially for me. But now I'm going to be forced to go and speak with the manager of this new Pharmacy because the CVS location I usually use is closing. The new Pharmacy has already given me a hard time, humiliated me, and is basically not going to fill my regular medicine until the 30th day after. Which means I will be without medication that I have to have every single morning at 5:00 a.m. on the 30th day. If I don't take this medication, I could be in the hospital from severe panic, that makes me pass out ,and I usually will have a seizure after a major panic attack. The fear that this creates in me every single day of my life is horrible ,and then to have a pharmacy treat you as though you're nothing ,and not important ,and basically like you're a drug addict because you had to have opiates for 3 weeks is unacceptable. My regular medications are not opiates, never have I nor would i. I'm not a young girl ,I've been taking this medication for over 20 years that they are giving me a hard time about. The new location is the CVS on back Beach right next to Lowe's. I am horrified and Dread having to go there now, knowing that I'm going to have to walk in, and get humiliated again. What I'm going to have to do is I'm going to have to sit down with the pharmacy manager, and explain my situation Regarding why I have to take a medication for panic. Which was a violent crime that happened in my twenties in Atlanta. It has shaped the person i am today. It's really no one's business, it's embarrassing and I don't want to have to do it but I'm going to be forced to again. All because of this traveling pharmacist that knows nothing about me, and apparently has put things in the computer regarding me, which caused this new CVS location to immediately judge, wreck me, and now trying to withhold medications for me on the 30th day of the month which like I said will send me straight to the er.. People that have to take medication for panic disorders should never be put into position by the pharmacy to be put into a panic, the whole reason that I have to take the medication in the first place. They should be helpful and caring. The fact that I'm having to do a review regarding people that are supposed to be helping is unfathomable to me.
A pharmacy technician at the CVS store at 11100 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, Florida 33023 took my driver's license and never returned it to me while I was in the drive thru picking up medicine. The store will not show me the video of me going through the drive through. There is a lot of fraud and theft here in South Florida. I had to make an appointment at the DMV at Pembroke Road and University and pay $48.00 and wait outside in the hot heat to get a replacement license. CVS will not reimburse me for my driver's license fee. I should file a police report. I could sue. I have options. It is the principal of the matter. DO NOT PATRONIZE WITH THIS STORE. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
