I placed an expedited order but faced delays. I received an email stating it had shipped, but tracking showed it was awaiting collection. After multiple inquiries, I was told it was still being processed. It’s crucial for delivery to be timely as it’s a birthday present, so I need to cancel and find another option.
No stars ! This Company offer good deals in prices and that’s all ! Dont be taken in ! They cannot even offer a guaranteed safe delivery and their customer service is terrible !! Ie endless emails going back and forth ! Nothing is sorted quickly about my lost item ! The mail deliver they use even illegally signed for a tracked item it’s not my signature in the photo and they have not issued me with a refund I ordered the item that has not been delivered or has been delivered but lost ! Over two weeks this has Bern going on since my purchase ! I will not be purchasing again from this place . Be careful and don’t expect to get any results with customer service as there isn’t any. Although the Company are promising me a refund I am still waiting and the last long drawn out email is they will review all documentation to decide a solution !!! Jeez any good company would just refund and then sort out why it was not delivered safely after !!! Never ordering from you again good deal or not . Your reply is just as well as your customer service
I have used this site previously with no issues at all so I didn’t hesitate to order again. The price of the product I ordered was the best I could find by far. I received an email a few days after ordering to inform that unfortunately the product would take 4 weeks for delivery due to the ‘logistics team experiencing delays’. I was given the option to wait 4 weeks or request a refund. I couldn’t wait for the product so requested a refund & received prompt correspondence acknowledging my request & stating such would be refunded within 3 days. 3 days later, I received a full refund into my bank. Whilst I had to cancel the order & did not receive the product, it is only fair to give a 5 star review due to the excellent customer service, choice of options available given the situation, apology for the inconvenience and subsequent swift full refund. Thank you!
Please all people that shops for this company don’t shop here I’ve had bad experience with them I’ve bought ear pods there not working so I went to send them back and ask for a refund as I’m in the 14 days period to send back, and they don’t give me a refund, and they send me somewhere else, this company is not in the Uk and shop for this company
