I ordered samsung galaxy pro 3 buds, they came within a week in sealed packaging. Sourced from UAE, working perfectly with my UK phone. Best price on the market (better than on sale from Samsung direct with additional discount on top). Grey stock is legitimate. Keeping doing a great job guys!

Been waiting for my order for 2 weeks no update has been given . It stated 2/4 days shipping very misleading not sure if this is a genuine site paid alot of money for a samsung watch

RESOLVED NOW (UPDATED) Extremely poor customer service – unresolved issue for almost a year

Update: Since writing this review, they reached out and issued a full refund straight away. I’ve updated the rating from 1 to 3 stars, mainly because I wish the issue had been resolved when we first started discussing it, rather than a year later when I was already stressed and fed up.I bought a pair of earbuds from Deal Mondays in November 2024, and they developed a fault just a few months later. I reported the issue in April 2025 and have been in constant contact since then. Despite countless follow-ups and repeated promises that the matter was being “looked into” or “reviewed by an external team,” nothing has ever been repaired, replaced, or refunded.I even sent a formal complaint letter under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but the company continues to delay without taking any responsibility. It’s now been almost a year since I purchased the product, and I still don’t have a working pair or my money back.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — unresponsive, repetitive, and unwilling to take action. I strongly advise others to avoid Deal Mondays and buy from a retailer that respects UK consumer law and stands behind their products.

I ordered a Nintendo switch, I didn’t receive my item.I have asked for a refund, and it’s an automated message.I have received no refund and have had no communication with customer support.A very disappointing experience with DealMonday.STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND …..Don’t trust this company……Update : 1/12/25Receiving emails from DealMonday quoting their doing best to look into this matter.Still no refund and I’m out of pocket….

Great!

I was slightly sceptical about ordering from this company, due to the great price for the item I was after (Bose headphones) & also after reading one or two bad reviews. But I’m glad I went with the majority because I’m very happy with my purchase. Delivery took about a week & the headphones arrived boxed & brand new. I even checked the serial numbers online & all legit. Very happy, thank you!

Ordered a switch oled and logged on to check where it was, only to see it had been cancelled. I didn’t receive any notification to inform me my order had been cancelled. Despite my better judgement, I tried again a few weeks later to see if they had restocked. Same thing happened again. Why advertise something and take payment when you know you can’t fulfill the order!? And why not tell the customer it’s been cancelled! Poor service

Been waiting 16 days since ordering my…

Been waiting 16 days since ordering my phone. Apparently there was a mechanical issue which caused a delay, although the tracking said my package had been collected. They tried to offer me an alternative twice during this time. 5 days ago, I was informed the delivery was back on schedule. The last update with the tracking was 5 days ago, where it has been "in transit in hub" ever since. How big is this hub? I have not had a reply from them since then.

I ordered 2 items one was AirPods and…

I ordered 2 items one was AirPods and the other was Google pixel Pro 2 earbuds, I have only received the AirPods, the bubble pack envelope was not stuck down very well and the label was also damaged, who would send nearly £300 worth of items in such poor packaging. I have raised the issue this morning with Dealmonday and the Royal Mail, but no reply yet. Now a family member will not have the main Birthday gift and I cant afford to replace. I hope they contact me soon and I hope they read this review and reach out and help!!!
