I reached out to the service regarding my expensive purchase. Unfortunately, I haven't received the item and feel like a bother for asking. I contacted the carrier and they claimed to have it but won't deliver. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but I was home all day. Customer service mentioned it might arrive by next week, but that’s uncertain. Waiting 23 days for delivery is unacceptable. I doubt the service’s legitimacy and wouldn't recommend this platform.
