Still waiting for the parcel to leave…

Still waiting for the parcel to leave the depot. It took two days for the courier to supposedly pick it up and now in the second day where the parcel is now supposedly being loaded onto the couriers vehicle. Difficult to imagine it takes so long for the second to be done. Awaiting a response from the company to see they can tell me more.UPDATE 26 NOVReceived an apology and update from the company yesteday . Latest delivery info is that, subject to no other unforeseen delays, I should have the parcel by /the end of next week/. I was thanked for my 'patience and understanding'!!! Not sure I have much of that left as I had an email from them dated 22 Nov that the parcel was on its way.I've therefore adjusted my rating to Poor

Apart from updates on carrier being a bit delayed,they are a great company . Fantastic quality phones at great prices and would still definitely recommend.

I bought a Samsung S25 phone because…

I bought a Samsung S25 phone because mine was broken. However, it got fixed with little help. I want to return the new phone as its unopened, seal is not broken and it is within 14 days. Instead of telling me how to return they are giving me an alternate solution if 10 pound voucher. Ridiculous!Update: they reached out to ask for my details to provide a return lable. I will update this review as how things progress. Second update: after two days the return lable was provided. I will update when i am refunded the money. Third Update: by using the retirn label, they credired the money back to me. The website is legit and their products are cheap and good. Just their customer service can impro e because we all are spolied by hourly updates on our deliveries from the likes of Amazon.

I had given a phone for repair and it's been a year, I have not received, before they used to reply by saying warehouse has not responded. I had left a review they took it down saying it is false. What company takes a year to return back a phone(samsung flip 5.)Now they stopped responding. It is a total scam, Lost the money and did not get a phone back. I again contacted via whats app they responded saying they will not refund because its crossed 1 year. They did it on purpose the whole time. And kept me with replies still waiting for response from warehouse. Lost the money.A total scam

Couldn't be happier!

Excluding weekends, my Sony XM6 headphones arrived in 9 days which was a lot better than expected after seeing some reviews!Packaging was on point and item is absolutely brand new and exactly as advertised, couldn't be happier with them!The only thing I'd say was a negative is that the tracking gets updated daily as opposed to live updates which did leave me a little anxious sometimes. But that's just who I am as a person really.Regardless, for the price I paid I couldn't ask for a better experience!
