Review Time
Second time buying a apple ipad from this company slightly delay in delivery but other than that both items perfect very happy customer will return a 3rd time if I need anything else it would be nice as a returning customer you were rewarded for your loyalty like other company’s
Overall a good service. Ordered a Galaxy S25 for much cheaper than other places. Deliver takes a bit of time, but the tracking works fine and the item arrived no problem. The one I received is a model SM-S9310, which is the Hong Kong version - so it's clear that's where it comes from. It works fine in the UK and is all good. Just bear in mind that the eSim functionality for a second sim is disabled on Hong Kong models, and the slot only takes one physical sim, if that is something important to you.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILERTo put it shortly, I brought I pair of headphones in June (25), which were lost because neither Deal Monday or the courier advised me they had been delivered, and left them in a place I had not instructed them to leave them in.They sent a replacement pair which were faulty, which I returned in August (25). Since then I have had the most ridiculous and unprofessional back and fourth between Deal Monday and my Credit Card company, and as of October (25) it is still yet to be resolved.
I bought OnePlus 13 5G Smartphone (Dual Sims, 12GB+256GB) - Midnight Ocean mobile phone from Dealmonday on 29 April 2025. I paid ££635.99.It hasn't worked properly since the day I received it. The hand set keeps switching itself off, some apps will not work properly and others have to be reinstalled every time I want to use them.I have been in regular email contact with the seller who initially tried to help by sending me new set-up details to install into the phone, these didn't work. He then advised me to contact the manufacturer, which I did, they told me that the phone was made for the Chinese market and is incompatible for the European market. I informed Dealmonday of this who offered to repair the hand set, which may take over 60 days. I accepted this option but they haven't provided me with any return details.I have tried numerous times to get this matter resolved locally without success.I have reported this issue to Action Fraud who will investigate it further. This company has a correspondence address in London but the Director resides in Hong Kong. This stinks of fraud, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER/SCAMMER!!😡
Difficulty with faulty/None UK compatible device supplied by Dealmonday (DM). I purchased a Amazon Firestick from DM in Jan 2025, it arrived in none UK (Japanese) packaging with a UK adaptor from Japanese power plug. All went ok with set up and product worked fine for 3 months until it tried to update software. Would not get past start up screen and was stuck cycling. Contacted DM after trying all trouble shooting on Amazon website. DM directed me back to Amazon to use the manufacturers warranty. Amazon UK could not help as this was supplied to DM by Amazon Japan. Contacted Amazon Japan who said only DM could access the warranty, as thy were their customer.Went back to DM who eventually agreed to inspect the device under their own warranty policy, to see if it met the criteria for refund/replacement but said it may be cheaper for me to seek local inspection as they would charge a £60 "Inspection Fee" and I would have to pay return postage (contrary to the details on return policy on their website). I challenged this and they said it was an admin error and would waive the inspection fee. Took pictures of device and all packaging before it was packaged up well to prevent damage in post and dispute later. I initially paid the return postage fee (£4.50) and got the package tracked/signed for with Royal Mail. Package was successfully delivered to a warehouse in Essex but I heard nothing back after a month so contact DM. They said it was in an inspection queue and would be dealt with in turn.Over the next few weeks/months I requested regular updates and was given very standard answers each time. I contacted local Citizens Advice and Trading Standards as the process was taking too long.I then wrote to DM to give 1 week's notice before I started legal proceeding, as they were taking an "unreasonable" amount of time to resolve my complaint and I would be writing a poor review of DM . I eventually got a response for DM asking me not raise a complaint as this would "significantly delay" the inspection process. Finally they offering me a voucher to the value of my purchase (£36.99). I refused this as said I wanted a full refund including return p&p costs (£4.50). They initially stated that they do not give refunds after the initial 30 day period.I challenged this again and said I was about to write an unfavorable review about DM. They responded asking me not to and said they would process a refund to my bank card. Which they eventually did but only for the device cost and not for the return p&p. I had to again threaten legal action to get the £4.50 back. They did pay up in the end but the whole process took almost 6 months to resolve. It's not about the money, it's the principal and flouting of UK consumer legislation that I could not accept.I would NOT use Dealmonday again, Ever!
Absolutely terrible. Bought a switch for my daughter Christmas 2024. Faulty and returned and it's now October 2025 they have not fixed, replaced, refunded. They ignore for months. Asked me not to take to arbitration but clearly I have no other choice as they will not resolve situation. Contradicted themselves so many times is now an absolute joke. Tried to fob me off with warranty issues when the item was never fit for purpose in the first place. Avoid as nothing but stress, hassle and terrible service with faulty products
