Review Time
My ordered item was exactly as advertised, and buying online saved me money. I was not particularly enamoured with the postage time, it genuinely seemed longer than most online purchases. Completely unmarked, well packaged, and was as I expected after trying a similar garment on in an outdoor outlet.
Ordered Samsung S25 29/10/25, got confirmation email, said delivery 4 to 6 working days but heard nothing since, opened a case and got a case number but nothing since, rang 3 times and just got voicemail, left a message each time but not got a reply. Hubby needs this phone for his business and is going away on Monday so will have to go out this weekend and buy another one. We want to cancel this order and get a refund but it's totally impossible to get in touch with the company. Really wish we'd read the reviews first, obviously if it seems to good to be true it probably is.
Great price and delivery was fast, only took around 10 days in total during which time I had received updates by email. I was sceptical as I hadn't heard of the site before and with such a good price I was worried it wasn't genuine but the headphones I ordered are perfect. I will definitely order from here again.
