USING MY HOME ADDRESS AND MY VAT NUMBER!!!!! scammers!!! Commuting fraud, taking legal action disgusting!!!! Can’t contact have emailed several times, receiving court summons to my home address by deal Monday customers. Calling my accountants and business number. now asking me to contact them with my order id - I don’t have one because I would never buy from these bandits
I have to admit, after seeing some negative reviews I was a little apprehensive when considering placing an order for a Samsung Galaxy S25 phone, even with their great price it was still a considerable amount. However I went for it and then lived with a bit of anxiety. But over the next few days I received several update emails to tell me what stage my order was at, and then where it was in the delivery process - culminating in a link to DPD so I could track it's progress. Now, as many have said delivery times are a bit more than the 4 days initially quoted but my phone arrived 7 days after ordering, and it was brand new in a sealed Samsung box so no dodgy opened goods. I can't comment on returns as I haven't had to make use of that. Can recommend for phones, indeed I'm writing this review on my new phone 😀
Product (Samsung 7 watch) is not compatible for UK use, and not intended for the UK market 😡Discovered that this morning when it was opened as a birthday present, currently trying to return on the very User UNFRIENDLY site, which wont allow me to upload a 10 sec video.
Awful company. I had a supposedly purchased a brand new One Plus phone. Yet after 5 weeks returned it through there warranty process as its not working correctly. Spoke to One Plus as i wasnt getting a clear answer to the issue who advised the phone's been tampered with!Wont give me a refund as outside of 14 days policy and box was opened... go figure its a phone! Had to return through a warranty process which they say can take up to 60 days to have phone returned. Iv chased for updates throughout and got a genric its being reviewed we will update you as soon as possible.. usual fob off type responsesDay 59 arrives, i email again and get advised i wont be receiving my phone within 60 days. A further email request to ask why ascertains apparently my brand new phone needs a replacement part, all which only came to light when iv chased! All the way through its been its with our techincal team or whoever, no real update of the issue and what why are actually doing.Constantly fobbed off with apologises with emails sent at 3am, 4am in the mornings. Yet still here since 11 August so outside the said 60 days with no phone and no expected date for return of phone. Still wont give me a refund even after this diabolocal process, no compensation for them breaching their own warranty policy and so currently out of pocket of £485 and no phone! Iv advised them i dont want the phone would just have a refund but refused a refund but think its ok for customers to just sit around over 2 months without a product they paid for. My advice go give your money to a more worthy company! I will never use them again! These people know what to do to not ever have to give you your money back! Have now began logging a complaint with trading standards or alternative dispute resolution !EDIT 28 Oct 2025Following on from my review i have been contacted by Deal Monday who have agreed to give me a full refund. I have been asked to consider removing my review. For full transparency and fairness i have edited my original review to update that my issues raised have been resolved by receiving my full refund.
