Bose earbuds at half price delivered on the 8th day after ordering. Got a tracking number to follow the delivery. I am pleased. One weird detail though. The serial number on the box is different from the serial number that showed up when I connected the earbuds via the Bose app. Both serial numbers were not recognised when trying to register them for warranty. That’s odd isn’t it?
I purchased 2 Meta Quest 3s Headsets.I asked for a refund because the delivery was so late.I was told the delivery would be the end of the following week. Which I then said that was to late.Deal Monday ignored my emails and sent out the order. Despite my requests for a refund, they sent the order. Telling me to refuse the delivery, but then added that the refund would be delayed and would take longer. So I accepted the delivery hoping that they would send me return slips and I could get my refund quicker as the order was just under £600.I am still waiting for the returns slips. Despite numerous emails. Deal Monday are ignoring me.I have Cancer and currently unable to physically shop around so finding a good deal online was great for me. I placed the order, but never thought it was a dodgy company.When the order arrived in 2 separate deliveries..I opened the packages…the boxes looked old and I cut open the seal on one…to find the headsets had no packaging or seals on the actual headsets themselves. Even the plug was separate to the box. It was loose in the package.I didn’t open the other parcel as I was so disappointed with the poor quality and realised the order was probably refurbished or old stock. This is not what I paid £600 for. I immediately sent another email to Deal Monday to request return labels as I was unhappy with the goods. I still can’t get the company to send them. The last email I had off them said they cannot resell the order as I have opened the item and that it has been used! I am a 67yr old grandmother I do not have the facility to use the headsets. They are surprise Christmas presents for my grandchildren… an expensive gift for them as I don’t know if I will have another xmas with them due to my illness. I have explained this to Deal Monday and they are still ignoring my requests. The whole thing has really upset me. I have to get help with Trading Standards just to take some of the burden off me.As a pensioner I cannot replace the £600 before Xmas. So my grandchildren will not have them for Xmas.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!!!
