Review Time
The packaging of the switch2 I bought was damaged. When I opened it, I found it wasn't brand new. In fact, it hadn't even been played with before, and it just showed a black screen and wouldn't boot up. The staff at the website didn't give me any reply about this device not being new.
Absolute joke. Ordered on 27oct and still have not had delivered. I have now sent out two requests for information once for when it stalled at their warehouse which was answered the other when it got stalled somewhere between in transit and at hub which has been ignored completely. It has been stalled like this since the 5Nov, it is now the 10th and still no news. Useless utterly useless.
Have already left a review but will leave another cause this is ridiculous. I emailed you back straight away when you asked if I still wanted the product as was going to take 2 months to get to me! I said I didn’t want it and wanted to cancel… no one has got back to me regarding that. But now I’ve received an email saying the order has been updated to shipping… and is on the way? So what the hell is happening? I need that PlayStation in two weeks time hence cancelling. So is it going to come in two weeks are you going to compensate me back with me money that you’ve taken?! Also if the product isn’t good for UK use then there’s no point in me having it anyway!! So you’re ignoring all my messages! Rude.
Super weird- not the model I bought as new, but a refurbished version of the model above. The tracking feature wasn't great and I think a day or two late on delivery, but couldn't fault them and product great / works perfectly.
