I use to check online what was in store before I would go to buy anything now the online doesn't give any info and send me to poundland in the uk and they don't sell the same products. I CONTACTED dealz on there site 3 weeks later still waiting on a reply. In store they tell me they have it but it's been taking off the system to accommodate the Halloween items. - 3 stars if possible no customers services, complaints and a Web page that doesn't work or take you to poundland UK. Price increase not worth it anymore shop elsewhere
Hi guys, absolute cowboy company, didn't pay me correctly during my employment once. They deceive employees and simply just don't pay them. I urge you not to shop here, the company is rotten to the core. I have reached out to the Managing Director 7 weeks ago and I'm still owed thousands.
I purchased a bikini set in the dealz store in crescent shopping centre and which turned out to be defective. The plastic hook on the strap snapped. I went into the store to return it with the receipt and was told I could only exchange the top and not the bottoms. It is no use to me as separates and the store were not willing to take this on board. I escalated my complaint to the customer relations team using the online complaints form. The form did not allow me attach a receipt but I inputted all my details with my complaint. This was 2 weeks ago and have yet to get a reply.I find this disgraceful customer service from such a large retail outlet.
My wife went into deals yesterday evening she always does but recently we lost our son and it took her a long time to even go shopping but she went into dealz across from the park and to her estonishment she went to the counter and the cashier went to violently attack her he was very aggressive he threw hangers clinched his fists and got very angry my wife was terrified not only but my daughter was with her a customer behind her felt very intimidated. She always goes in to keep her mind off things only lately she got herself together and got the confidence to start going out she always felt welcome in there and never had any issues but this man maid her feel like a thief a lowlife and a bad person she never been in court for anything and can go to any shop in town and be left alone and even my daughter felt very bad she was speechless but I went in this evening and asked for the manager who is a very kind and understanding man who was sympathetic with me for my family that's what you call service all the staff are very good and always were but that young man should never be behind a counter if he treats people in that way hope he is fired and dealz should have a good apology to my wife and daughter but thanks to the manager who kept me calm and done his job professionally
We went to deals on the Main Street in Wexford and had help from the nicest two ladies (Karen and jade). We were looking for the Brazilian bliss but they were sold out. They rang another shop to try and find some of this for us. They were very kind and that made the experience even better
In Dealz's Mullingar store 12th July I found Arm and Hammer toothpaste had increased in price by 100% (€1.50 to €3) and the quantity in the tube had decreased by 50g (125g to75g). The carton is the same size, just the tube is slimmer. That's effectively a price increase of 140%, over 20 times the rate of inflation. I was in Dublin 18th July and the larger 125g tube was on sale at the original €1.50 in Dealz's store in the ILAC Centre! When I emailed customer service I received a standard reply to the effect that prices and quantities change from time to time. I hope that Dealz isn't in financial trouble and is trying to slip in these nasty price increases to boost their profit margins. Also I hope Dealz is not following the example of the hospitality industry by price gouging.
