I purchased Ronseal One Coat Everywhere…

I purchased Ronseal One Coat Everywhere Matt Paint (2.5L, Charcoal Grey) from B&Q for £25.41. The item did not arrive to my home address due to an Evri delivery failure. Despite repeated attempts over the past week to obtain a full refund, my requests have been met with unsatisfactory responses, including an unhelpful explanation of delivery procedures. The lack of agent identification and vague communication regarding my refund constitutes a breach of consumer rights, and I intend to pursue formal action for a full reimbursement.

Republic of Ireland customers getting ripped off

Rip offSame product in the north of Ireland Poundland (same company) cost 99p here in the south it costs us €3.50And that's just one of many many pricesExchange rate, vat difference and import duty doesn't work out €2.50 extra for a 99p itemI normally buy 20 to 30 at a time So that's £30 stg up north Or €105 down south Absolutely ridiculous

Drove 25km to my nearest Dealz

Drove 25km to my nearest Dealz, arrived at 7.35pm. It was all closed up. The posted opening hours on the door said open until 8.00pm (as did the website). Tried phoning, no-one was answering so I left a voicemail. Really poor service 😢

Terrible supervisor attitude in Clonmel…

Terrible supervisor attitude in Clonmel racecourse Rd branch TODAY. Bag of dishwasher tablets with SEL under it was priced €8, when I went to checkout it came up as €14. Operator checked to SEL there was no SEL At all matching the description of product so he said I would be entitled to product for €8 ....disgusting attitude supervisor came on scene said no it's €14 that's what u have to pay. She could not tell me the policy regarding this complaint. I left product and will never set foot in a Dealz again.Dealz train your staff on the policy's of overcharging /no SELs on products.

Poor Customer Service

I called into the Cavan retail park shop on 29/11 at half 8. There was two employees managing the tills one of which was a manager called Susan. I had three things in my hand the woman in front of me had a full basket. The manager stood there at the till and told me "you can wait". I just had to put the shopping down and walk out.An absolute disgrace a terrible example of customer service, leadership and a terrible example for the staff.

I'm a regular customer and I was in my…

I'm a regular customer and I was in my local store one day and there were staff on the floor packing shelves and left boxes and packaging on the floor, I came into the shop, didn't see it as I was coming around the corner and I slipped on rubbish on the floor, I'm lucky I didn't fall or get hurt , I looked over at the two girls on the floor and told them that leaving that stuff on the floor was dangerous and a safety hazard, they completely ignored me and didn't even give me eye contact, I had a few items I was paying for and went over to pay for them and I asked the guy at the till if the manager was there, and I asked to speak to her, she came out and I explained in a polite manner that it was a health and safety hazard to leave rubbish on the floor as someone coming could have slipped on it as I had done, she apologised and asked if I was ok, I feel she could have handled it better, she didn't even say that she would speak to the staff on the floor, I have noticed they have some staff with a bad attitude as well, they would really want to sort out how they do things and change their attitude towards customers

Rude Staff Dealz Swords Pavillions

Every single time I go into Dealz in Swords Pavillions when Monica is working I leave furious. She does not carry basic skills to communicate. After saying “Hello” three times there is no response from Monica. Not a Hello not a Goodbye and certainly not a Thank You. I will not be returning to Dealz in Swords Paviliions again.

Really telling experience with Dealz in terms of ignoring complaints…

Really telling experience with Dealz in an Irish branch this year.so, presumably because she was just vile & the usual, never wrong about anything the girl of unknown European heritage sneered over at me after I showed her that the confrontational way she tried to non verbally tell me my drink 'wasnt in the meal deal' (I was told while it could,to me have come across as a fib or white lie) she did it because she was a supervisor on her last day. That's hilarious ?! As a supervisor she should have been then given a bad reference at the Very least after glaring like this at a member of the public who was being non combative as I was but unfortunately Dealz DELIBERATELY ignored my two different efforts to file a complaint about this. Cheap goods, unethical practice no doubt and how was this girl ever bloody made into a supervisor?! Classy.
