Review Time
We ordered a box of checks and it was lost in transit. UPS won't allow us to file a claim. Deluxe says it's their policy to never file a claim for lost check shipments, so we have a box full of checks "lost" and no recourse. They said they would replace the order and it would arrive within two business days. It's been 3 business days and the replacement order hasn't even shipped yet.
