Ordering sales tickets was easy. It was extremely easy to fill out the required fields and see how it looked on the template. I was able to format my information just the way I wanted it. I was also able to access and apply coupons directly from the website, which was helpful.
First off, we have been a customer for over 18 years and have always encountered good service with Deluxe. The customer service agents have always been friendly and professional. Online ordering (which we use now) is easy and our orders have always arrived in a timely manner. However, the quality of the products we received recently does not appear to be as good as in past years. The checks we received feel slightly thinner (not too much of an issue), and the border is no longer a border, it just shows across the top instead of all the way around the check, which gives them an unfinished look. The duplicate copy of the checks are now only yellow on the front, not all the way through (the deposit slip duplicates are yellow all the way through). We understand everyone has had price increases these past several years. but we do feel that if we are paying quite a bit more for checks and deposit slips now, they should at least be of the same quality as in the past.
