I called and requested a refund and…

I called and requested a refund and cancellation as my order wasn’t shipped yet and it was running late. The lady said yes and issued the cancellation or so she said, they proceeded to charge me and ship the order. I have since reviewed the ordered and now I have to bring it back to ups to return. I called my credit card company and am fighting the charge. Will never use this company again. Do not reccomend

Buyer beware

When my checks arrived they were supposed to be the largest they had, don’t be fooled they were so small there was no room on it for anything you would have to write so small and you still did not have any room , bad experience buyer beware

Incorrect/extraneous items

The envelopes included were for W-2's, NOT the 1095-c's we ordered, so we had to address and use normal envelopes. Correct FORMS were included, but very many extraneous forms were also included. Very wasteful, rather disappointing.
