I ordered checks for two companies of my companies back in December and I still have not received my checks. I have zero clue what is going on, but from this point forward, I will trust another company to order my checks from. For $600.00 for both desktop checks, I should get them for free at this point.

ACH payment didn't work, error message wasn't helpful

I was ordering checks for business purposes; the business doesn't have a debit or credit card, so it was really frustrating that the ACH payment option wouldn't work (but has in the past) and I ultimately had to pay with my personal card. The error message wasn't especially helpful to figure out what piece of billing address wasn't matching up with the bank.Otherwise the process of picking and personalizing the checks was good.

Check quality

The quality of the checks has deteriorated, they are not on the thick card like stock paper anymore and the perforated lines are almost nonexistence. I will start buying checks from a different source.
