Review Time
There was a problem with the order and they emailed me. They cancelled the order. We are a first time customer and had 60% off our order.I had called and emailed concerning fixing this problem by starting over again, (tried online would not let me), and the person could not get the price I originally had & approved for. Not a company that I would choose again, if you cannot stand by your word!
I ordered 50 one write journals online. I needed them asap and pd nearly $80 shipping to(according to YOUR website!)get them in 2 days. Your website also said l’d receive notification within 48hrs of updated delivery details. None of this happened. After several days l called “customer service” and was told the product l ordered was not available at this time. I asked why I hadn’t been contacted and was told l should have been and they were sorry and would look into the matter. I asked if i would receive a call back and was assured l would. THAT did not happen! I have since found the journals elsewhere for much less than you charge and l will not be doing business with your company anymore.
