Marcos came out to deal with the scratches I put in the front valance after kissing my porch!! He was a great credit to the business, he did a brilliant job, matching a difficult colour and putting it onto plastic as well! The pre-visit Comms were first rate the only negative was the wait for the appointment, hence 4/5.
Darren came to repair a fairly bad scratch on my car today and did a smashing job. Appointment Wait times are long and some of the customer service advisors don’t listen or care about queries. I was auto booked in for an am slot, I called to change to pm, to be told ‘oh it’s fine just text your technician telling him it’ll have to be pm’. I did this, heard nothing. Rang a week before the appointment to make sure they were aware of this to this time be told ‘it’s not been changed and we’ll have to rebook you’ putting me back about 5-6 weeks. Very annoying. If it weren’t for customer service lacking, would be 5🌟
My Insurance company arranged a repair with this firm and after receiveing about 5 texts before the arrival date that they were coming, they failed to turn up on the day! I texted the technician that was due to arrive who rudely said contact customer service as he told them previously he would not come. I rang customer service and after getting through from being cut off 2 times, they said they would invesitgate as it was news to them he was not turning up. I was advised to just wait around until I was contaced by someone in their org once they sorted it out.....Still waiting
Had DWV out to repair my alloys 3 visits still not done correctly, had them to do stone chips 2 visits still not right lacquer peel poor finish on door handle ,grey overspray on diamond cut and black wheels was in the hands of one of the managers to oversee the corrections sent photos and texts as he requested no response. We've give them every opportunity to correct poor workmanship but car still needs finishing to a better standard ,this is trew extra insurance we took out on the vehicle for cosmetic damage wish I'd kept my money and used a trusted local company.
Before I start I will say Martin did an amazing job on a car park ding in the driver door .it is that good you can not see were it was I was a panel beater many years ago And I know what to look for .I was a bit sceptical but it is an excellent job. Only one thing spoilt it was the length of time you wait for an appointment.That said don’t be put off they know there stuff . Would have been 5 stars otherwise.very 😆
