Their service is pathetic
Absolutely awful! Do not use! Customer service is only contactable via watsapp (red flag) my test was not sent out for 4 days even though I paid for 1st class recorded. When I challenged them I was accused of abusing them and threatening with legal action they then refused a full refund even after they had admitted fault and said I would be issued one. I have now opened a dispute with my bank.
My experience was very bad. Very hard to get through to anyone on the customer service whatsapp, most of the time you get no helpful response anyway. Delivery of the sample kit took about 2 weeks within which time I contacted customer service multiple times to find out where it was. Then I sent the sample kit back and I saw the sample was marked as received by them on my account but no information about it being processed for about a week. I contact the customer service again and they tell me that they've run out of the tests I paid for and that they have to wait another 10 days for a delivery of those tests, and that they would have to send me another sample kit (free of charge). However, I don't want to go through the whole process again so I ask for a refund. They say they would process it but instead I get the results onto my email the very next day. So now, I don't even know whether those results are genuine because they did not have the required test in stock, apparently. Now that I've asked for a refund, they have that test in stock? Very strange. Don't waste your time and money. Very poor communication.
I paid for a medical test with next-day delivery, but my order arrived 4 days late. I completed the test and returned it through Royal Mail exactly as instructed. I was never told that I would need to track the parcel myself — this was only mentioned after I followed up about my results.When I asked for an update, I was accused of being “abusive” even though my messages were polite and factual. The company has now refused to provide the service I paid for, based on this false accusation. I can’t attach images so others can see what they considered “abuse.” But one of the texts I sent that they labled abuse is “ Why do I need to track the parcel. On your website you emphasise how simple and easy it is.” This was after two days of me asking if they received my parcel.Their response was: “ For people that are not abusive it is easy”Another one of my texts after sending them the tracking number twice already and them asking for it again: “ Either complete the service I payed for, or refund me the full amount. If this can’t be resolved I’ll have to dispute this with my bank as well as leave a review that reflects my experience.”I’m paying for a service that claims to give next day results, even so I haven’t used any abusive language or terminology. I simply asked for the service to be completed or for me to get a refund so I can go somewhere else.After I filed a formal complaint, I received an email from their admin stating that they had “logged an abuse complaint” against me and even mentioned potential police involvement — a completely disproportionate and intimidating response for a customer simply asking for the service they paid for.I have kept all evidence, including their emails and chat messages, and have filed a formal complaint towards regulatory organisations. It’s cheaper and easier to go to a private clinic and pay for the Edit: never gave me a refundNever created a police report I’d emailed them saying I’d be more than happy to help w the process because my conscious is clear. Never seen such an unprofessional company their response to this is clear evidence.Never called them “ scammers, criminals, thieves, fake, liers” in chat have all transcripts of our chat. Obviously have customers who have called them out directly on their services but I did not in chat w them and I have proof of that. If I could upload pictures to this I would upload the whole chat.Response to their response: this back and forth and name calling is what you’re in for if you use this company. Again no refund was processed. The proof is in the pudding. I’m taking thing out of proportion but they have multiple reviews w the same experience and then using “police report” threats in their customers🙄?
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, all the 4+ reviews are fake, they literally copied the same website as another company. This company is a fraud. Who writes a review talking about someone’s else’s negative review? Stupid people. They are trying to take your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT
Top service, fast delivery and quality kit. Had an issue with the transaction payment that went through twice in error, the WhatsApp customer service was very helpful and I got my refund in no time. Would highly recommend, thanks and all the best!
Used this company for the first time because I have health scares I can’t get answers from the NHS. I paid almost £10 for a next day delivery blood test kit. 3 days later, still nothing. Also - no confirmation email, no tracking number. Tried to call, got told to what’s app. An automated message back started with “Dear demanding customers”. EXCUSE ME? What?!They didn’t respond so I tried to call. Straight away I received a reply…..“Hi”.Wow. Very professional. Tried to call. Ignored. Text me straight away - “I have asked someone to add you the tracking number”.I saw the bad reviews on here and informed them I wanted a refund. The response was “So you don’t want the kit then?”. I can imagine it’s going to be a nightmare trying to get my money back from this lying company. I can’t tell if it’s a scam or not, but I can’t imagine all of the 5 star reviews are real. I’d stay clear of this company if I were you.
