Excellent service by Dean Clarkson today. Sent me a courtesy text a day before to introduce himself and confirm what time he aimed to arrive. He was friendly and professional. Managed to remove the deep scuffs on my bumper within a couple of hours. My car looks as good as new. Left the area as he found it - clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
I have smart repair insurance with auto trust for cosmetic and alloy coverage. They use Dent Wizard to send a technician out to do the repairs outside your home or at your work even. For myself they sent a young man named AshleyFlint who actually lives local who was actually booked for 3 different dates for 3 separate claims but offered to do all 3 on the same day as he had time at hand. So I jumped at the chance to get it all done in one go naturally and my god this kid was bang on the mark with the end results. Not even a sign of any of the damage I requested in my claims now and My car looks immaculate. I watched from my window how he took his time and professionally done his job by the book. Nothing but praise for his work and feel comfortable in any future claims I make through my policy. Excellent work
my brand new Mercedes E class which had 1 pin dent and 1 scuff has been left in an awful state because of poor quality work. The repair has left my car looking worse than the pin dent and scuff. After having an independent technician inspect the car I am mortified. Some of the things listed in his report include; poor filler work,pin holes in the filler, rubber has been painted over, suage line is no longer straight, scratches visible under paint, dents still visible, horrendous paint work which is grainy to touch feels like sandpaper, a difference in the colour, No fade out or thinners seem to have been applied, harsh lines all over, rough dry paint, no shine, the list goes on! All I had was a pin dent and a scuff!!! I have contacted Mercedes who are livid also as this shoddy back street repair has been paid out for. DWV have said to “email us pictures”. The job took 2 days to do, he came back the next day (a saturday) which I’ve been told is no longer considered a SMART repair. Anything that takes over a day should have gone into a body shop. Currently awaiting a response but not holding my breath. However, I will be taking this to the very top and claiming compensation also. Do not sign to say you are satisfied with the work because these cowboys will wreck your car and make you do all the chasing around to right their wrongs. Absolute frauds. Oh and they have lost their Mercedes Benz contract!!! Mercedes no longer use them, they now use Shine - I wonder why!!!!
Couldn't be happier, or more impressed - both for the superior quality of the job, and for how Terry went so far beyond his reasonable call of duty to battle through a very unpredictable day of autumn weather (with a "tropical" rainstorm, no less!) and complete two very difficult jobs. Before meeting Terry, i was hoping for the "best possible" outcome from one particular dent on my front bumper, and fully prepared to resort to a bodyshop. He assured me it was a doable repair... it now looks brand new. Terry really cares about his work and is a proper craftsman. On top of that, he's a great guy, too. Top of my list for any bodywork/wheel repairs that I'll need in future. Thanks Terry!
Alloy wheel repair completed today at home as planned. Technician arrived nice and early, prompt repair and very polite .... what a fantastic result wheel looks brand new 👍Great to see local company, East Anglian Smart Repairs, used to complete the work, would highly recommend
