Review Time
We have been using Dolly for more than a year now. First through a leasing company but then we ended up buying it, due to the outstanding customer service and maintanance support they offer. The bike itself is compact, not too big but big enough to deliver 2-3 children, the battery is strong enough for both short and bit longer distances. The key point for us was that the bike is suitable for smaller people (I'm 156cm).But again, whenever we have any issue or question, we can always expect a prompt reply. They supply with exchangable materials if necessary.We are really proud Dolly owners! :)
As an early Dolly cargo bike adopter over other brands, we know it was the right decision for us as a family. The service and maintainence is organized well. When it came to refreshing some of the original parts, including the rear wheel and hub, Dolly easily understood what it means to us to keep our cargo bike on the road.

Dit is niet zomaar een bakfiets.
Dit is Dolly: jouw maatje in het dagelijks verkeer, je sidekick bij schoolruns en supermarktmissies. Hij rijdt zó lekker dat je bijna vergeet waarom je onderweg bent. Vol vertrouwen, nul gedoe, altijd klaar voor avontuur (of gewoon een pak luiers). Stap op, je dag wacht.
Geen poeha, wél ruimte, rijcomfort en een ontwerp waar je blij van wordt. Alles voelt stevig, doordacht en gemaakt voor het echte leven – van schoolrit tot stortbui. En misschien nog wel het fijnst: achter Dolly zit een merk dat écht snapt waar jij tegenaan loopt.
