Review Time
Don Pablo coffee has the worst customer service inasmuch as getting the actual coffee that was ordered. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I called and received the same excuse that I received the last 2 times I called. The company received a large order and they’re behind because they roast the beans daily for fresh coffee. Unacceptable!! Let’s see now how long it takes to get my payment credited back to my card since the company charged my card the moment I placed the order rather than charging my card when the item ships! Will never use or recommend this company again.

Love the coffee, especially the decaf. A good decaf is hard to find and not pay stupid high prices.However their order fulfillment is a problem. First they immediately charge the credit card (illegal in some states and violates CC rules), but the shipments are more than a month late and a have one now that is more than 6 weeks late.
Horrible experience. Customer for over a year, their coffee is good but, while they charge my credit card immediately, their shipment dates were erratic and increasingly days and then weeks late. Sadly now I have an order unfulfilled for over two months for coffee that to this day is still shown as available on their website.
This is the second time Don Pablo has made me wait. It’s been a month since they charged my card and no coffee.Last time it was two months.Wouldn’t it be nice if their website stated “out of stock” instead of takingmy money for one to two months before shipping? Unacceptable.
First of all......I agree with another person. WHERE did all the reviews for this company go?12 days from date of order. Let's remove weekends shall we? 3 days.....including a "holiday". Lemee see.....I am no Harvard genius here but.....that's 9 days.(I am assuming Saturdays are a work day?)I got an email today AFTER asking where my order was saying the "same thing".....we want your coffee to be fresh.....yada, yada, yada. I get that but really.....my first bag wasn't that fresh and this coffee is not exceptional. I figured by the time they DID ship it and by the time I got it......I am lookin' at 2 weeks or more. I got it due to the fact it's low acid.......I am headed to the grocery to get some low acid Folgers and it won't take ME 2 weeks to get it home.I threw in an extra star for the speedy refund. A sincere "we are having issues and it shouldn't take this long and we are sorry" email would have been better than the computer generated verbiage I got. I won't order from them again and can't recommend them.Clearly they need help filling orders.
