Too many delivery delays

While the coffee is great, the shipping delays occur so frequently that you can't count on getting coffee delivered. The shipping delays are a regular occurrence, more regular that actual shipments. Too bad -- like I said, the coffee is great but can't count on getting it.

Great coffee Horrible customer service

Don Pablo's coffee is excellent at fair prices, but (and it a BIG "but") they have absolutely no clue when it comes to logistics.They always ship many weeks late. No matter how early you place an order it is guaranteed to come very, very late with numerous notifications not giving you any idea of when they will ship. Easily the worst service of any company we have ever dealt with.

Don't buy Don Pablo

Not only did I wait over a month to get my coffee the Bourbon barrel coffee had zero flavor.

Exceptional Coffee, Extraordinary Service!

Don Pablo has set the bar sky-high for quality and customer care! I placed an order just before Christmas, and while there was a slight delay, their customer service turned it into an outstanding experience. A friendly email explained that one item was out of stock and offered me the choice to wait or get a refund. I chose to wait—and I’m so glad I did!When I reached out later for an update, the owner himself responded quickly and explained that the beans hadn’t met their impeccable quality standards due to a challenging crop year. Instead, he offered me a premium, private-label coffee as a substitute. I accepted and received my shipment promptly. Let me tell you—the coffee was absolutely delicious!To my surprise, once the originally ordered beans met their high standards, they sent them to me for free. WOW! Talk about going above and beyond!From the outstanding bean quality to their phenomenal customer service, Don Pablo has earned my loyalty for life. Every cup is packed with incredible flavor, and their dedication to their customers is unmatched. If you’re looking for amazing coffee and a company that truly cares, Don Pablo is it.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. They charge you for your orders and never shipped. Over a month now. And I'm a long time customer!Called numerous times and get a answering service. Never a call back.Called credit card company to get my payment back.

Had been a subscription customer since…

Had been a subscription customer since 2020 (5lb bag of Organic Med Dark roast beans), Have had a few delays but nothing crazy bad. Skip to 2024 absolute distaster! July and August orders never came (they debited my debit card on file though) Multiple emails, got a reply it would be shipped in a week. Never shipped, 7 phone calls that just went in a loop back to the main menu when trying to leave a message when choosing orders. Ended up disputing the 2 charges with my bank. Finally refunded. A very sad breakup with Don Pablo, Turned multiple friends on to them years back. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years almost. Very sad because I loved there coffee!!

I have had an order take up to 3…

I have had an order take up to 3 months, just ridiculous. Tell me it’s a supply chain problem.I get it! it can happen. Placed an order on the 1st nov, still haven’t seen it. Place the order on the 11th nov haven’t seen that either. Then on the 18th, they send me a bogus tracking number for United States Postal Service. The tracking number indicates that they’re still waiting for Item from Don Pablo coffee. Called US Postal Service and it wasn’t picked up by them. These company continually has excuses and just continually stalling my shipment. But they sure as hell take your money pretty fast. Be for warned.

Charged for a product they don't have, 8 weeks ago, no coffee.

I am on a subscription and had been charged in September for coffee that has not shipped, and it is November now. Charging way before even having something to ship is not a good practice, I called and let them know last time they did this, but they did it again.

Take your money before shipping

Take your money before shipping, then never ship. You have to constantly write and call. Unbelievably bad business practice that's been going on for over a year. I was told there was a problem with supply. OK, that's fine. Don't charge me then until you have the product. I was charged for a shipment, never got it, then months later when my next subscription shipment was due, I was charged again and never got it either. That's 2 charges and no product. I cancelled one order and waited for the other one because they said the problem was worked out, it finally came after months. Now I'm going through this dance again...paid 10 days ago and no word of shipping. I'm looking for a new coffee brand, tired of these games.

Six weeks to ship

Slow shipping, if you order it can take SIX weeks for them to send it, four weeks to say they will ship soon. This company is run by a bunch of MORONS, and they can't possibly survive like this. It takes a company with a decent product a lot of effort to annoyoff customers, and I'm one angry off customer
