Review Time
It has been 3 months and my order still has yet to ship. I have emailed multiple times about the status of my order and they said that it will be shipped within 1-2 weeks but obviously they don't have my product. I again contacted for a refund and they have been ignoring my emails. DON'T BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!
UPDATE: STILL DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I place an order in June and FINALLY got a shipping notification in September (see below for my original post about that part of my experience)... The shoes arrived and THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE. They sent me a U.S. Size 6 when I had ordered a U.S. Size 9. It very clearly states a U.S. Size 9 on my order confirmation page screenshot, my order confirmation email, my shipping notification email, and on the "track order status" page. For some reason the printed packing slip in the box says size 6. I emailed Dope Factory about returning this incorrect pair to get a refund and also included screenshots of the multiple emails and pages that confirm it should have been a U.S. Size 9...It's been 1 month since my first email to them about this error and have followed up a couple of times since then, but I have yet to hear from them to refund me for their incompetence and provide a label/instructions for how to return these shoes. You have to contact them first before returning something, but it's been crickets...again. Do not give these moronic scammers your money.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I placed an order on their site 2 months ago, but there haven't been any status updates to my order nor has it shipped, yet they charged my credit card the day of the order (not just a hold on my credit card pending shipping). I've been trying to reach their customer service for them to just cancel and refund my order, but have yet to hear back from them.
I just got my refund today.Yesterday I made an account with them and check my status and tried returning the item that I yet recieved. Than I spam their email a bit and boom I received my money back. Dont know if I'll work for you, but I reccomend trying just incase it works for you too.
My experience with this site started very badly in the lockdown period in fact my purchase suffered tremendous delays. The customer assured me that it was not up to them. A few days ago I wanted to give this site an opportunity and I must say that my order arrived in the agreed and well packed time. Thank you
I have ordered from them before and it was quite a pleasant experience, with great customer service! However, this time was not so great. I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and still have not received anything. I understand with everything going on things will be slow. But it seems that customer service is not responding to my emails. I feel that I have been very patient with them, but they are just ignoring me.UPDATE: They reached out to me after writing this review and gave me back my refund! Still wish that this process could’ve went more smooth.
