Review Time
I had no issue purchasing from Dope Factory. Only one of the few EU shops that will ship Nike sneakers to the US. Shipping took a little be longer than usual but you have to consider shipping internationally takes longer and especially during Covid and the holidays. People should understand the global situation and manage their expectations. I would assume shipping will get better over time. I will continue to purchase from Dope with confidence.
Been over 4 months and the order still has not shipped and no refund. It has shocked me that there payment processors, bank, shopify and paypal still have not dropped them from there services after receiving high rate of chargebacks. Also the 5 star reviews on here are fake, don't get fooled by them. Hopefully in 2021 this business can be shut down for good.
I placed an order on October 19th. They shipped my order the same day via DHL. They took a long time to ship a while ago. However shipping problems are resolved. They seem to be getting better. Now they will answer to customer request and they will reply immediately.
I'll admit, I only saw all these reviews AFTER I'd placed my order a week ago on Friday in early October for one of the retro Agassi shirts by Nike, and spent the weekend annoyed at myself, potentially having to make a refund claim.To their credit, I received a shipping notification shortly on the following Monday after, with the product arriving on my doorstep in the continental US at an Amazon-like pace, 2 days after that via DHL.Now I'm not going to claim that all of their customer service issues have been fixed (reading most experiences here, it's indefensible that they didn't temporarily shut down whilst the pandemic was turning things upside down in Italy), but I can only report a positive experience on my end.
I have decided to edit my review because they have refunded me for shoes that were delayed. Please be patient with them as they have many orders to fullfill. They will get back to you and fix any problems. Please be nice to them! We are all human. Overall they are a great website. I have ordered other shoes from them and have been delivered! Some of them even came faster than expected! Thank you once again.
Don't order unless you can afford to be without your money for a long period of time.I ordered a pair of shoes on 8/6/20. Sent a chaser email on 1/7/20 after hearing nothing.Sent a follow-up email on 14/7/20 after getting no response.Sent a third chaser email on 27/7/20 after still not receiving any reponse.Recieved a reply on 27/7/20 in summary saying that there has been issues with lockdown etc. and the product might get shipped by the Friday. Failing that, it will be refunded. (It wasn't shipped and there was no refund).I emailed on 18/8/20 stating that another month had gone by etc.Received a reply on same day saying "you'll get a refund within this week".It's now the 1st September and there has been no further communication or refund.From the look of the other reviews, this (for some unknown reason) seems to be TDF's m.o.I have screenshots of all communication available on request.
STEER CLEAR! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NO REFUND UNLESS YOU GO VIA CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL!!I placed an order back in the end of May and gave the company benefit of the doubt after reading and hearing lots of negative things. However, I wish I hadn't bothered as almost 3 months on I still have not got my order nor my refund.I gave them plentiful time and was patient the first 1.5 months. I finally emailed at least 4 times over the last month asking for updates on my order and was ignored completely. Only when I threatened to leave a negative review did they respond with "As we have said our logistics is still closed!" <-- yes with an exclamation mark...Nope!! I had ZERO correspondence from them prior to this one email. When asking for a refund, they also claim that my refund was processed and that I will receive it within 24 hours. It has since been almost 2 weeks and no refund and again when I asked where is my refund, they said "You have already complained to Paypal anyway so you will get it". This "company" is likely run by a small timer in their bedroom. Someone that has no clue how to run a business and is winging it. If their logistics is really closed, I would ask why are they still accepting orders with no mention of delays on their website? Their social media is still posting new products also which should not be happening. This sham of a company needs to be investigated and closed as it is just a scam. Stay away and save yourself the grief and hassle please!
Left my initial review about how long it was taking for an order only to be contacted by dope factory saying "more than likely your arent going to get it and itd be best just to get a refund" deadass, still have the email and messages. After that I asked for a refund and have been waiting 2-3 weeks on that now. This site has a flashy outside look with the internal power of a childrens lemonade stand, if theyre lucky enough to have that coordination. Refund my order and cut me loose so I never have to deal with you guys again.
