Review Time
I can understand that things are slow because of the pandemic but this is insane it been well over a month this worst experience I have ever had shopping online I made an order on may 21 i contacted them many times still hasn’t shipped I asked for a refund and then they stopped responding I finally gave up and filed a claim through PayPal hopefully I’ll get my money or better yet the shoes I Order
I'm sure the current circumstances have made business harder than usual, but when you tell your customers (and I) that their order is going to be fulfilled in the next week, make sure you can keep that promise. I was told several weeks in a row that my order was going out the following Monday or in the next couple days. 4 weeks of empty promises and 3 months since I placed my order. Now that I've requested a refund, Dope Factory has gone MIA for the past 2 weeks. Unless you're buying from them in-person, be prepared to loan them your money until fulfillment - or more likely a refund - in what I presume to be the year 2021.
Waiting for months now to receive a shipping notification from Dope Factory. First their excuses is Corona, then it because if the staff that is sick at home, the loads of orders they need to go through. And every time excuses from their side for the delay. Two weeks ago they promised to refund me, but untill now no response nor a refund. Nike should be ashamed to give a retailer that perform this bad a Tier 0-account.Update: they reached out to me after posting this review. To let me know they gonna refund me and to delete this review. Three weeks after they contacted me I received my money.
Initially I had wrote them a bad review, after initially contacting them and not getting any responses after asking for a refund. Once they saw my review they contacted me and said if I wanted the shoes or the refund it would be provided the next day my choice. I told them I still wanted the shoes and the next day I got a tracking number. Sorry about my initial review and I appreciate y’all working with me. Hopefully everyone else can get their orders squared away. Just know they are trying.
Very transparent, Customer Support explained their situation to me. Other than that, they shipped out the shoes to me very quickly. It got here in a day (fastest shipping I've ever gotten for a pair of shoes). Came in perfect condition!
I have placed 2 orders since end of April and nothing but the same generic responses. They keep saying very soon but no luck. Going to file a claim through PayPal soon I guess. Seems not many on here actually receive their shoes. Please contact if different. Thanks for reading.
How is this company still in business or even still have a contract with Nike. I think once they lose their contract they will understand customer service. You will checkout but never actually receive the shoe and if you do it won’t be for 6+ months and all they will say is “it’ll be shipped next week”. I bought back in March and it’s not June (will be 3 months since I bought) and don’t say due to COVID-19 I had friends buy a pair and next day was shipped while I still wait for mine to be shipped. Waste of time. Boycott DopeFactory for a horrible service.
Awful experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered pair of shoes on May 21, 2020 as of this writing (June 19, 2020) I have not received the shoes/shipping confirmation, or a refund. I have ordered shoes from dozens of websites, and Dope Factory is BY FAR the worst. After 10 or so emails they said they will ship within the next week or refund. It’s been one month!Thank God I paid with PayPal. Will file a dispute.UPDATE #1: Escalated to claim with PayPal on June 23, 2020, as of today (July 4, 2020) Dope Factory has not responded to PayPal's request for info. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.UPDATE #2: 7/13/20 Dope Factory tried to have my review removed so I had to provide screenshots/documentation to trust pilot. Also, they have not responded to my PayPal claim thus dragging the process on longer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
