Review Time
Company does not ship the products they sell on their website. I have been waiting for over 10 days for one pair of shoes and they haven’t sent them out yet. Their support is somehow trying to shift the blame on me “not reading their product description” but that doesn’t excuse the terrible shipping time. Their shipping page also only states “allow 4 days for processing and shipping of your order”. Do not buy from this website if you care about receiving your products and receiving good customer service! They are basically scammers.Edit: after 1 and a half months, I chargeback and had to get my money back thru Paypal. This shop did not even respond. STAY FAR AWAY
I initially wrote a bad review regarding my orders : #DF-44418 and #DF-44611 as they haven't been shipped despite being given a stipulated shipping date. However customer service got back to me and told me that just like all other businesses, they are heavily affected by COVID-19 and it will definitely reflect in their shipping times. I'll be waiting for my kicks patiently, and so should you. Let's spare some understanding, these are tough times no one wants to be in.edit : 1 order got shipped today. Be patient guys, orders will ship slowly. Everyone's affected by this pandemic, let's show some understanding. :)
Yeah your orders are gonna take awhile for the simple fact dope factory is having problems with there 3rd party vendor it’s not there fault and on top of things the COVID 19 is pushing things back! There not a scam or anything there as real as they come! Yeah it sucks we gotta wait for our kicks but they sell deadstock sneakers that are hard to get. It’s horrible waiting but atleast we got confirmed purchases ya know.
At first I was having problems with shipping but it turns out ITS NOT DOPE FACTORYS FAULT they are extremely nice people And we should cut them a break they are just pushed back a little with delivery’s due to the COVID-19.Please be patient guys I promise you your gonna get your items ordered they just sent me my tracking numbers. I was patient and it all worked out!
I've made two orders one on march 19. for Air Fear Of God 1s and second on april 30. for Black Cat 4s. I've emailed them once again about my orders and the only reply I got from them was " We will ship out your item as soon as possible", so I trusted them and waited couple more days, but still nothing both of my orders were still "Unfulfilled" which basically means none of my orders have been even touched nor shipped out.After I published this review an manager from Dope Factory's customer support e-mailed me and explain the whole situation to me. Basically what he said was that one of their third party logistic (that they have dealt with before) went out of bussines which means a lot of their order got "stuck" there and they don't have an access to them (for now), so that means that Dope Factory IS NOT a scam site or some kind of Fake high end boutique, they're just having a problem with they logistics and COVID pandemic only made things worse. If you really want to receive your items just be patient and they will (eventually) ship out your orders.UPDATE Dope-factory has refunded me for both of my orders and said that they will "hold" my items once they deal with their situation and give an opportunity to buy them again. So I hope they won't forget about my orders. In case something changes I'll update this review.
My orders are unfulfilled since 26th may and after reaching out to you multiple times with the same answer i see that as my last chance so please ship my orders :(#DF-43556Update : 24/06/20 : Can't find a solution, I've opened a paypal case17/06/20 : We trying to find a solution16/06/20 : I received my package today but it's the wrong size.
FYI LAST TIME MY SHOES WAS SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY AFTER I COMMENTED HERE.ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED A WRONG SIZE (SUPPOSED TO BE US 8.5 BUT US 9 ACTUALLY), I AM REALLY GRATEFUL AT LEAST I GOT EM :)I REALLY HOPE THEY CAN SHIP OUT ALL THE PENDING ORDERS.UPDATE 10 JUN: AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS COMMUNICATION THEY SHIPPED OUT ONE OF MY 6 PAIRS OF SHOES. THING IS GETTING BETTERUPDATE 17 JUN: NOW 4 OUR OF MY 6 ORDERS 'VE BEEN SHIPPED. AND I'VE ALREDAY GOT 2 PARCELS.
Edit: They refund me right after i wrote this reviewI cancelled a transaction on the 10th of May and I still waiting for my refunds. Every time I reach them by mail they told me "We are doing our best to issue your refund in the shortest time possible" but we are the 10th of June and I still haven't got my refunds so the shortest time possible doesn't mean anything for them.
I ordered a pair of shoes in March. It is now June 9 and they have still not shipped. Order #DF-38534 for €309.34 made nearly 3 months ago. Only reason they can get a second star is they've at least responded to emails asking why my order hasn't shipped, but this is unacceptable customer service for such an expensive purchase.
My order is still unfulfilled since May 14 and after reaching out multiple times, they still haven't shipped, so this might be my last chance. Please ship :(#DF-41433If you can ship the order I'll delete the review and write a new one with 4 stars
