Same experience as many others have posted reviews about. Nearly 2 months and no item received. Repeatedly reached out to their customer service only to be refused a refund and promised that item was in route but no tracking updates ever arrive. Finally decided to contact my CC company and dispute the charge. HORRIBLE SELLER!!
You will have to reach out to them after a week or not receiving shipping for them to tell you that the items will be received in store in 7 days and repeat this process until it has been 60 days and you just have to call your credit card company regarding your items you never received. I purchased shoes over 3 months ago. They never sent them, always using the same copy-paste response whenever I emailed them.They finally agreed to a refund a month ago. And the refund still has not been given. They have now stopped even responding to my emails.This is a scam website, do not buy from them unless you like not receiving your items or getting your money back
This is a scam. They are just keep saying that you order will be shipped out within this week and never actually ship your order. Thanks god I have got my money back from PayPalUpdate: This dope factory has reported my review. Saying that “It contains defamatory statements.” Can is tell how treacherous they are. They are not thinking about improving their service but framed their customers on their true reviews. What a shame！
While everyone is claiming that this store takes forever to ship that was not at all my experience. I purchased my shoe on the 17th and received a shipping confirmation on the 22nd. This is pretty quick compared to other sites. Customer service was also very swift and kind. Overall great experience i recommend this store.
